I stopped here on my way home from FL. I saw signs on the interstate and thought I'd give it a try. I was thoroughly surprised. Everything tasted like mom cooked it. All it needed was salt and pepper which was at the table. Give it a try.
No steak! No beef on the buffet! Fried chicken was fresh! Catfish breading was damp! Roasted chicken was dissolved in water and grease! Cooked boiled veggies, beans were cooked into mush! This place was a first for me! This Sizzlin ranked the worst one I have been in, out of the whole restaurant chain.

The food was pretty good. There weren't many options. For dinner time they didn't restock when something ran out, which was disappointing.
The atmosphere was like a slow day in a 1990 Shoneys.
