The fries and chicken were refried so they would be served hot. The fries were fried and salted twice. Both were so greasy that we were not able to eat but few bites and had to throw it away. It was a waste of 20 dollars, except for the tea!

They have the record for being the slowest place on earth. Inside dinning closes at 8. First Zaxbys I've ever visited. Unfortunately. Probably the last too!😡

I thought the point of ordering through the app, and having designated parking for pickup was so you didn't have to wait in a drive thru line?

Worst experience ever I went inside to save time ended up 30 minutes later then wanted to cancel my order the lady said they were waiting on bird to be cooked I said if it was going to take 30 minutes I should have been informed before hand food was cold except the bird

My husband and I stopped here on the way to Florida. We were greeted by two employees when we walked through the door. They were so kind and inviting. We ordered our food and it was taking a few minutes because they were cooking it fresh, and the young lady that took our order updated us since it was taking so long. The restaurant and the bathrooms were so clean. We pinned this place on our trip because we will be back. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers.

This place was great before, but the last few months have been very questionable. Please get a leadership team to guide the employees to be what we know they can be. The food is just too expensive to almost always be wrong and/or missing items. It's a big problem there, along with cleanliness, the atmosphere, and interactions with employees. Not everyone is bad, but overall, you need to do something. I know that I'm not the only one that has or is about to eliminate Zaxby's in Adel as a choice. You win when your customers are happy, and right now, they are not.

The drive thru was long but orders were placed fast, and the food was hot! The lady at the window was super sweet, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, quickly and in order with everything accurate!!! Hope she has a wonderful day & holiday weekend!! ✅?
