Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Whenever I go through the drive thru, the ladies are always very nice. The food is usually fresh and hot. Probably one of the better Zaxby's I've been to.

Asked for sauce that wasn’t in the bag with my wings and things meal and got told I need to pay 25c just to proceed to open my salad to hair in my food !!!!

We have a large family and ordered wing meals for everyone with sauce on the side. the “sauces” barely had enough sauce to cover the bottom of the plastic ramekin so that you have to order more and pay. They were not helpful with giving regular sized sauces filled to the top. No other zaxby we’ve been to does that and we go often especially on road trips it’s our go to restaurant. wings were soggy instead of crispy. what’s next? maybe ketchup packets will be divided into 3 different ramekins and start charging for that too.

Got there at 8:55pm tried to place an order. The girl says they are closed on 11/18/25. Very unhappy to have wasted my time even coming up there. It’s not the first time this has occurred either. A time before there was a line and the girl outside taking orders literally put the cone in front of my car like me and the three other cars behind me hadn’t been waiting patiently.

Seriously I worked at Zaxby's for years and understand how stressful the job can be but this one restaurant is just rude. They didn't hear my order the first time and were rude with how they handled it. When I nicely told them I didn't get two of my drinks they shoved them at me. I like the food but it's just not worth it with the awful service.

This place is always busy. We were waited on promptly and our food appeared very quickly. The workers appeared to be in sync with each other to take care of the customers.

I tried the new lemon pepper fingers. They were delicious!

This is by far the best zaxbys I have ever been to. Clean restaurant, friendly service, fast and fresh food. I actually took the time to tell the manager too. You have a great crew and I would drive from Valdosta to Adel for this zaxbys. Valdosta could learn alot from this spot

My experience with Zaxbys was great. Everyone was very friendly. The atmosphere was very nice. I enjoyed everything I ordered, everything was made fresh and was hot. I would recommend Adele Zaxbys to everyone.

Horrible service!! This is my 1st time to zaxby. I asked a question and the employee made me feel stupid for asking questions.

The food was good. My grilfriend and I ordered our food through the drive through. We had everything but the cookies we ordered when we left. Turned back around and went inside. When I walked in the Otis Spunkmire cookie trays were completely empty. I asked why we did not get our cookies since we were charged for them. The employee referred to the recipt and showed me that the item was voided from the recipt. We were not told of this at all.

Ordered a Zenzation salad at drive thru. Got home and had a special order Cobb salad which I can't eat eggs and had no tomatoes as it was special ordered. Very disappointed.
