Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Me and my partner have gone here many times, they always have the best customer service, great quantity and quality of food.

Went to the drive-thru and ordered the new chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, it was delicious. The young lady that took our order was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Our order was perfect and she gave us great service with a smile!

Tired of ordering a to go order for half of it to be missing. Don't go to this Zaxbys.

No paper towels. When we ordered the cashier was stank and had an attitude with my entire family (5 people nothing crazy). Didn’t give us sauce then charged us extra when we asked for it (kids meals with tenders had no sauce). No ice in soda machine. All around terrible for a zaxbys please stay away

Staff was nice and greeted us great. We had a big order the food was fresh and hot. The fries was made fresh and the chicken tenders was juicy. The order didn't take long to make. The service was amazing. Would definitely stop by again. Thanks for the amazing service.

On January 17, 2025 at around 2:12 pm I placed an order through the drive-thru..my order number was #478156882. Went I got to the pick-up window..the window attendant read back my order swiftly where I had to ask her to repeat it and that’s where I noticed the order was wrong. I had ordered two salads..one was the fried Asian Sensation Salad and the other was the fried Cobb Salad..the Cobb Salad was the order that was wrong..it had no bacon on it when I order extra bacon and extra ranch dressing (as per the receipt 1 ranch sauce and 2 ranch dresses..and for the Cobb Salad and I ordered extra Asian cigarette dressing (as per the receipt 4 Citrus Vinegarette Dressings. I didn’t receive any of that. Both salad were dry. I was very dissatisfied with this order and the time frame of me having to wait additional time to have the Fried Cobb Salad remade.

Great chicken and sauce but it took a while for the food to come out

Place was crazy busy, holiday travel weekend and after church let out to top it off but staff was smiling and quick as they could be. Floor was very slippery but could have been from rain. Food was great!

The fries and chicken were refried so they would be served hot. The fries were fried and salted twice. Both were so greasy that we were not able to eat but few bites and had to throw it away. It was a waste of 20 dollars, except for the tea!
