A diamond in the rough is what I would call it. An unassuming quaint cafe located in small town Alapaha, Georgia cooks some mighty fine fried pork chops and seasoned fries. We were greeted with a smile and welcomed on in. In just a few moments, in front of us was a plate of perfectly fried pork chops. Maybe I shouldn’t have, but I ate both pieces and the fries. I’ll just have to reduce the amount of dinner I eat, and I have no regrets, because the meal was fresh, hot, and delicious!
