At this time I would not recommend this location. The store manager is fast and friendly. But your crew is a reflection of you. Certain crew members have the potential to be better, but some need to be let out the door immediately for this location to be a 10/10. I came and ordered food for my family on night shift . The team was pretty good overall. My experience was good up until the point of me reaching home and serving my family the food. All the food was good until I reached the bottom of the bucket and my chicken didn’t look decent to eat. The skin was falling off the chicken . When I returned the next day to notify the night shift leader, he was very rude . That was very unpleasant and unacceptable. I was overall disappointed and embarrassed due to this situation of how he felt to talk to me in such a manner. The very next day I spoke with the store manager. She was previously notified by other employees of the situation. She remade my order for free. That was the correct thing to do. I have not been back to this location for food. I only come to purchase ice because I know I will not receive any problems with that. In the last 10 years, I have visited this location many times. And this is by far the worst experience I have had. And I have never had any bad experiences with this KFC until this time.

I moved to Alma 4 months ago. The first trip the food was ok. The last two times the chicken has been almost inedible. I order the original and it's so greasy I have to use paper towels to soak up the grease. My dog won't it the chicken and that's saying something.

Several times i have been in there they never have no chicken cooked always have to wait doesn't matter what day or time it is it is becoming a joke I don't no Who owns it but you have to have product to sell just saying so I will never go back I'll drive to Douglas to Carter's have a blessed day

Stood at the front counter from 12:28pm to 12:52pm, to preface the lady in front of me did place a somewhat large and potentially confusing order (she finished paying at 12:27pm). The issue rises from them clearing the order board right after orders are placed so they are even more confused by the somewhat complicated order. The order board was made to help your crew, your times are important but you will get complaints if you have people waiting to place an order for nearly. I was debating on leaving a corporate complaint but they want my phone number and I don't want any more scam calls.
Y'all can just say KFC in Alma, Ga sucks. 7:00 Monday night. I knowits a holiday. NI ONE THERE!!!!! but order went like this: 12 piece crispy meal, 3 sides mash potatoes & gravy, mac & chs, green beans. 1/2 gal. Tea. Pull forward for amount: Sorry we don't have jugs for tea so we didn't charge. Oh sorry we don't have enough crispy will some original be ok? Back again Sorry we are out of green beans & biscuits what other sides. OK? Corn & more mac and cheese. AND AGAIN?Sorry not enough corn. What else? UHG. Cole slaw?❓❓❓????
The lady who was cooking up food was very kind in explaining why we were slightly delayed in getting our biscuits. The young man who was running the counter was obviously a new employee but he was very helpful and tried hard to get our order just right. We were there about 2pm on Friday, June 7th. Nice people and good food.

The service was fast n friendly. Food was a little disappointing. Was happy to see Georgia gold available again, but only for the nuggets? I wanted my tender in this sauce so we ordered both. And the nuggets were hard and some were not edible. Everything else was good. Between our crew we had the famous bowl, chicken pot pie, chicken tenders, nuggets, fries, biscuits, Cole slaw.
