I'm not sure what the major malfunction is of this place, but getting a pizza delivered (in on piece may I add) is an act of God. They NEVER have delivery drivers, NO ON calls you to tell you btw, that pizza you ordered 2 hours ago is NEVER getting delivered. This place loses so many people to Domino's Pizza, I'm surprised Pizza Hut is still in business. Fo yourself a favor and take your business across the street to Domino's.

I just want to say that Kim, the general manager is an awesome employee for Pizza Hut. I highly doubt Pizza Hut corporate understands how great her customer service skills are and how great she is at being a human you people should be honored to have this person work for you.

I ordered a large pizza with a 16 piece wing around 1 it said it should be delivered by 1:30 I waited and waited 2 hours went by I called an they said it hasn't even left the store yet

Placed a delivery order a little before one and had an estimated delivery time of 1:22. By 1:38 no one was here. I had a missed call from a Waycross number and decided to call them back, it was Pizza Hut. He told me the manager that was in before him tried calling twice to let me know they canceled my order because there is no delivery driver. However, there was only one missed call and no voicemail. I haven’t ordered from this Pizza Hut for close to a year because of how bad their service and food was the last time we had it. I was hopeful their snack box would have been decent since there wasn’t much that could be messed up. Idk why or how this place is still running.

I ordered it online waited the 15 minutes it said and when I got there there was one person working she said she just put the order in the oven and it'd be another 10 to 15 minutes. I had somewhere I had to be yeah I had already paid for it and she said she couldn't really do a refund. So I was forced to wait for my order got it left to go meet up with my appointment on the way I opened my food and discovered that it was wrong I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a meat lovers which I hate. I had ordered a full order of breadsticks and got half an order. With a very little cup of sauce. It was ours after my appointment was over I can't remember that the Pizza Hut there in Alma Georgia would do I do not recommend this restaurant. It is understaffed the young lady who works there is either overworked or doesn't care. Found that hard to get your personal fan beats up in a large order of fridge fixed available and get that right you said it was due to her being busy yet nobody came in called or anything else while I waited on my order in the store after she told me it just got started so I don't see how it was over work and I saw no other orders but one come in online and on the screen mine kept saying it was ready for the time I walked in to the time I left so it took me 45 minutes to get a 15 minute meal all told that was wrong. You take your chances I won't again

Food is usually at least 4 of 5 depending on who's cooking. The location is FAST when producing orders!15 mins and you're ready to get your food and go eat. Service is decent. Check your sauces are there before you or the driver leave. This location does not offer dining in so the atmosphere is a bit..average.
