This bakery is a a gem..everything I’ve tried is really delicious. I am so happy to find both vegan AND gluten-free baked goods. I’ve had the baguette, coffee cake, blueberry muffins, cinnamon bun and the donut holes as well as the lemon & strawberry cupcakes..all excellent. Friendly, patient service is a huge bonus. Can’t recommend enough!

If you loved 2BWhole, you’ll be thrilled to know that Argentis Gluten-Free Bakery is everything you remember—just with a new name! This family-owned gem in downtown Alpharetta continues to set the standard for gluten-free and allergy-friendly baking.
The food is consistently incredible—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted so you never feel like you’re “missing out.” Their fresh bread baked daily is outstanding, and the selection of cookies, cakes, pies, and more is simply amazing—everything tastes just as good (if not better!) than traditional baked goods. The coffee is equally impressive and pairs perfectly with any treat.
What truly sets Argentis apart is the customer service. The team is warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about allergies, making it such a safe and comfortable place to enjoy a meal. You can feel the care and pride they put into everything they do.
We’re so lucky to have this bakery in our community—an absolute must-visit!

I ordered a heart shaped cake for my daughter’s birthday. At pickup, I asked for a few pink bows if they had any so I could add them to the cake myself at home. I saw they had bows on cakes on display so I loved the look. She had an issue with that and gave me attitude. Went in the back and brought back 3 red bows. I said politely oh no thank you no worries if you only have the red ones. It truly was no problem. I was gonna go on with my day. But then she proceeds to tell me with attitude how I should have called and simply asked ahead of time. I’m a friendly person and I know I had asked so nicely and even said over and over that it’s no problem that they had no bows for me! I felt so uncomfortable with the way she made me feel after I spent $90 on the cake.
Anyway the cake texture is incredibly dense. No one ate the cake the party. The icing tasted horrible . Overall just really bad. The whole cake was in the trash by end of day. If you want a gf cake, find a bakery that will know to make them taste good.

I'm not gluten free but I am vegan so I was excited to find a bakery with so many options! I tried a bunch of things: cinnamon sugar donut holes, apple muffin, cinnamon roll, and a chocolate chip cookie. Overall the flavors were excellent and everything was super tasty. The donut holes and muffin had excellent textures and stayed together really well. The cinnamon roll and cookie were definitely more crumbly but again they tasted great. It's a little pricey for certain items, but I'd definitely come back whenever I'm in town to try more! I didn't try the cakes but they look super cute. So happy to have found this vegan-friendly spot!!

This is our favorite allergen-friendly bakery! Not just in Atlanta, but anywhere we’ve been. We live out of state and visit 2B on every trip to Atlanta. Their doughnut holes are just as good, if not better, than traditional versions with eggs and gluten. The chocolate chip cookies are excellent as well.

I live out of state but stop in for doctor appointments and I’m obsessed with this place. The baguette is to die for as a gf df person, I have not had any bread that has tasted so good for 7+ years. My only wish is that they shipped. What a blessing these bakers are 💛

Nice gluten free bakery. The sweets are good, a bit too sweet for my tastes, but the baguettes and croissants are pretty good. Service is always awesome. They serve coffee here.

So my boyfriend ordered the Christmas cake from here for my bday as I thought the cake was GORGEOUS! I absolutely loved it. The taste was exactly what I was looking for (all vanilla) and we couldn’t believe it’s made without all the stuff they exclude! He wasn’t the biggest fan of the cake part but he eats a lot of processed garbage so his taste buds are different and super picky lol, however he LOVED the icing. I loved the entire cake. I do wish I knew how to store it better so the cake part stays as moist as it first is for longer but seriously no complaints it’s so good.

Starting with positives, the ordering process for cakes is very easy and convenient. It's nice to be able to order ahead and schedule it without needing to call. We ordered the spring cake and it was even prettier in person than it looks in pictures. My wife has also stopped in for coffee and a pastry, which was nice. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
As far as negatives, the first and foremost is that the frosting is cloyingly sweet and has no taste other than sugar. Having made a variety of vegan frostings/icings/non-dairy whipped toppings, it definitely fell short in flavor and texture. The colorful, decorative frosting used in addition is identical in taste and texture to what you buy from a grocery store in a tube.
The second issue is the cake itself. I know it can be difficult for people to figure out how to make GF cakes that aren't dense but, again, as someone who's made quite a few, I do expect a level of expertise in this area from a bakery that specializes in it. This is by FAR the most dense GF cake I've ever had. The strawberry flavoring added in to the cake mix tastes very artificial; there is a nice layer of filling that didn't have that artifical taste and was more like a strawberry reduction that was nice. Other than the small layer of filling and the slight but artificial taste in the cake, the flavor is sugar. Just sugar.
I'd say that if you're looking for a cute cake that's convenient and GF/vegan and don't care much beyond that, go for it. I would personally recommend it more for like a kids cake where they're happy to just have the taste of sugar and might not care about things like density.
