Truck drivers this place is very dangerous. You have to be careful while you’re backing up your trucks to the dock if you block that road for a second, their employers walking into you and the threatening to you and if you complain to them, they don’t just care about it so it’s very dangerous to make a delivery on this place Man be careful drivers. Don’t bring freight on here. I’m not gonna come back again.

ADP is a good company to work for. However they keep up a lot of drama on the fourth floor. There is an employee named Molly who told me to tread lightly. I reported her and they didn't take it serious. Also there is a girl named Toni who would curse on her cell phone and distract me from doing my work as a payroll service representative. David would support tonis bad behavior and his excuse was that she was going through a lot. Millions of people are going through a lot and that's no excuse to go to the 4th floor to act like an animal.The employees would bang their hands on the desk and have inappropriate conversations and the clients would complain that the additional payrolls were not correct. The additional payrolls were not set up correctly because Donovan and Toni were gossiping frequently and also drew churney is very rude and would watch me all the time as if he was security and he would refer to the males as sir and wouldnt address the females as maam which i think is bias and rude. Also I reported several employees to corporate office because it's too much work to be done for Toni and Donovan and rashonee to be gossiping like they do. It's so annoying. Toni was often on the phone discussing her personal business about someone she knew who was harassing her over phone and the things that Toni talks about are so frightening and it causes people to be distracted from their work and she was reported several times to corporate office and they didn't take it serious. The new hires spend too much time gossiping instead of getting the additional payrolls right which is very easy. The support team is very helpful except for Andrew who is very rude at times and since slavery is over I don't feel comfortable being around a group of people who make it difficult for me to get my job done correctly. I'm free. Also brandye said she took a shower with eds shower gel. The things that they discuss at ADP on the fourth floor are so inappropriate. they spend more time gossiping than setting up additional payrolls correctly. There is a very high level of unprofessionalism on the fourth floor where the psrs work which leaves the door open for workplace bullying. Bryant and Michael the team leads can be very annoying at times. Brandye will be 80 years old taking a shower with somebody's shower gel with no wedding ring. Smh. I'm so glad that I don't have to listen to drew say thank you sir while not addressing the females as maam. It's so disgusting. The things that take place at ADP on the 4th floor and even throughout the building or horrific. One lady was at the exit where there is no security attendants trying to tell me which direction to exit and I didn't follow her instructions because she was obviously an employee who was in a rush and she was late before you saw me so rushing me is not going to help. There is a girl with a blonde ponytail who just started working on Anastasias team who was always on her cell phone discussing her personal business so I reported her along with shakirah and Jaimee. ADP gets those psrs from the hood. They have no professionalism whatsoever. Brandye couldn't wait for me to move to a new seat so she could come over to talk to people directly across from the row that I was sitting on as if they had just moved there almost as if she was waiting for an opportunity to get next to me so that she could show off her high level of unprofessionalism. Toni has so many problems that she discusses in the workplace that are not appropriate for the workplace. She would sign in to meetings and it sounded like she didn't brush her teeth. Toni was on the phone stating that someone she was on the phone with was harassing her but Toni was harassing me with her profanity in the workplace and lack of professionalism. Toni is so nasty and would be talking about who is cute and who is not cute as if that's an AKA position and the AKAs obviously don't go by cute anymore. 🤣 Goodbye ADP.

Let me break it down to you. For all the new hires that are being hired for a generalist every three months through a temp agency. When I first got hired my manager told me that people quit all the time, especially the new hires. I asked why and he stated that he didn’t know. Well go on indeed and read the reviews for ADP. They put you to this gruesome three month training, you keep to yourself you try your best to achieve and strive towards everything you’ve been asked to do. You’re on time every day you don’t miss one day of work. You clear your Work Q, you think you’re doing great and even ask for more work load to be added to your daily agenda. So as you approach you three month, employment you have a meeting with your manager he tells you’re doing great, Next day the temp company calls you and tells you they don’t want you anymore. For all the new employees you’re never meant to be hired you can do your 110% they just go in circles every three months new hires are being brought thru temp agency and you’re out. Managers are clueless they don’t even know the system, there’s favoritism going around if they don’t like you as a person even if you didn’t do anything just keep yourself and work you are out. I believe someone has, A lot of benefits letting people go through that agency and hiring new ones on somebody’s pocketing in the difference between 22 and 32. With that said hopefully someone is going to read this and put a stop to that because a lot of peoples lives, get impacted in a very bad a negative way.

The customer service for ADP is beyond Atrocious and appalling. You can’t get anyone to talk to you unless you’re the company verses an individual employee. It’s ridiculous. Helen Keller could run an office better even if her hands were asleep.

We've been using ADP for a little over 3 months. For several weeks I've been trying to get our 3rd Qtr SUI straightened out. While waiting for ADP to understand and figure it out, our accrued late interest kept growing. I've had 3 people from ADP work on the same situation and within a few days each would send a letter of resolution. It wasn't resolved nor did they follow up or call me back as I was told. I was getting a little more than frustrated to say the least. Today I spoke with Sarah DuBose. What a pleasure it was working with her! She went above and beyond to correct our situation and did so within an hour. I hope ADP knows how valuable of an employee you are. Thank you Sarah!
