Had an excellent meal here yesterday afternoon . They got 100 on their health score and my food including a 4 piece mozzarella stick was cooked to perfection.

Beef sandwich came out bloody - meat was all red and literal blood drops in the sandwich wrap in several places. Gross. Complained about it and she said there's nothing wrong with it. Asked to microwave it at least, she did, but still looks nasty, threw it away. Stay away from this arbys, much better at McFarland parkway blue grass Arby's.

I ordered a 5pc chicken tenders meal, thru the drive thru service. I received 2 undercooked and pale chicken tenders and 3 chicken nuggets. I had to wait for 12 minutes, after I ordered and for what? They couldn’t even give me the correct order. On top of that the only 2 chicken tenders that I received were undercooked and pale. If you do not have enough chicken tenders to complete an order, than have the common courtesy and decency to let me, the customer know, that you ran out of chicken tenders. Do not try and pass off chicken nuggets as chicken tenders. That is just an insult to my intelligence. Horrible customer service. Keep up the “great work” Arby’s.
