I purchased the Beef and Cheddar double meal with curly fries, plus a large Fanta Orange. The drink was the best part of the meal. The sandwich and fries were extremely bland. I was very disappointed. I have eaten at Arby's in the past and have not experienced this level of distastefulness in the past. What happened? The food had no flavor, it tasted like eating I was eating half-cooked instant potato. The texture was terrible. The cooks need better training or better enthusiasm about the quality of work that he or she is projecting into the way the food is being prepared. I wasted my money.Unhappy customer

Almost every time we come here we have a bad experience. We were greeted at the drive thru with "Go ahead with your order". Then at the window we were quoted just the price, we paid and handed food. No thank you or anything. Lastly, we ordered the fried mac n cheese which was good but we only got 4 which is basically 1 dollar per cube. Then why go? Occasionally they do get it right.
