The manager took my order. Handed me my cup with his hands touching the top of the cup opening (they teach this in restaurant 101 as a strict no-no). My roast beef sandwich was cold. He was not friendly in the least bit. I was completely turned off by the experience. #cxfail

Ordered a Double Combo today (12/23) and when I got to the table, it was evident the sandwich was a single size. I took it back to the counter and this is where the issue begins, Maria I assume was manager on duty, I explained I paid for double and looks like a Single. Her reply was, "I don't make the sandwiches" (Quote) I quickly replied that is not my problem. When the sandwich was returned, she dropped it on the counter with no apologies or not one word!!! Well a new Chick-Fil-A just opened across street. I was as shocked as you are reading this because with that attitude, they do not need to give customers a reason to shop elsewhere. I will not support this location as long as she is the Manager on duty!!! BTW, I am the kind of customer that treats people with high level of respect, always Thanking and appreciating what they do. Today is 12/23 - Time of day was approximately 12:45 PM when I visited this location.

Right by work have been going to this Arby's for 4 years. Had always been well managed clean and punctual.
Since we spent Thanksgiving with our daughters we had no leftover turkey, so we went to Arby’s the day after for turkey sandwiches. We went mid afternoon, so it wasn’t crowded. It was our first time in our nearby Arby’s. My wife had one version, I had another. Both types of turkey sandwiches were excellent. My artist/designer wife and I were impressed with the clean, modern design of the building. It was a very comfortable, clean, neat place to have a post Thanksgiving lunch.

So like most fast food places expensive and no quality....make better food
Ordered online and they had the food freshly made waiting for me as I walked in the door. Both employees were very friendly and helpful.

Waited a long time for my order, which I ordered inside to see if everything was made fresh. All but the fries were hot and fresh. I saw them drop fries but they must've been for the drive thru or redropped old ones bc the 2 orders we got were old and dried out. Got shakes and they were running all down the sides and under the lid. The rest of the food was exactly as I expected.
