I would give zero rating if option is there. We got cinnamon sugar nuggets 2 times. We could not take a bite both of the times. It was rotten nuggets. Smells very bad. Don’t buy here if you think about safety

Keep your eye on the floor. Our last time there (which may literally be our LAST TIME there), we spotted no less than 3 cockroaches as we stood on line. Not sure why we still place an order but we did, only to be ripped off by their OREO topped nuggets. The bowl was filled with black paper (to hide that they were ripping us off) and we paid $8 to get only 8 pretzel nuggets. The employees never seem to have any energy and always act like they are working under duress. With several snack food options in the mall, Auntie Anne's needs to be boycotted so that they are forced to close.

I recently had this location cater a very unique event for my family. My father was a diehard fan of auntie annies pretzels, especially from Northpoint Mall and he tragically died last year. we knew that annie’s catering would be the perfect way to honor his memory thank you annie anne’s for accommodating our event and making it once to remember, we appreciate you thank you!
IF YOUR GOING TO INCREASE PRICES, TAKE TIME TO UPDATE MENU!!!! YOUR POSTED PRICE IS NOT WHAT IS BEING CHARGED! Side note: the employee also went around the bush when I first asked, and later said it was due to price increase. Again, you change on your equipment, then change elsewhere advertised.

Be careful when visiting the location that is shared in Cinnabon. If you pay with a debit card, the machine makes you leave a tip without bypassing this option. This is not fair.

I love this place. And they make wonderful pretzels at this location in particular. But the manager is a complete jerk. Always never fails. So unfortunate because like I said, they make wonderful pretzels at this location. Too bad he’s a jerk.

We got the cinnamon sugar nuggets and the cup had more sugar inside than actual nuggets. We went back to exchange them for the regular pretzel nuggets, but they were so oily to the point where they were inedible. The kids working there could not make good pretzels if their life depended on it.

We were told it would take 7 minutes for our cinna bites to be ready. It took like 15 minutes. No apology or no offer for a drink. The while the manager is in the back on his cell phone. Having a full conversation on his AirPods. When it was finally done instead of him fixing ours immediately so we could be on our way the manager proceeded to make several containers. Unprofessional good customer service is hard to find. Some people should not be in customer service

one of the workers a hispanic male probably between 18-22 inappropriate asked for my instagram I told him I wasn’t interested in that I had a boyfriend and he said that he didn’t care and it was fine and continued to ask for it again. it was so inappropriate and unprofessional. He did this in front of customers and his other coworkers, and it made me extremely uncomfortable.
