We were told it would take 7 minutes for our cinna bites to be ready. It took like 15 minutes. No apology or no offer for a drink. The while the manager is in the back on his cell phone. Having a full conversation on his AirPods. When it was finally done instead of him fixing ours immediately so we could be on our way the manager proceeded to make several containers. Unprofessional good customer service is hard to find. Some people should not be in customer service

Would give 0 stars if I could! Horrible service girl at the counter was super rude and yelled at us that what you see is all we have. Bunch of employees just sitting and standing around joking and being loud. Not mention wearing clothing with profanity on it. Just all around not professional or acceptable.

Did not find the minus zero stars. I will give this store -5 they are rude. Cups are almos half or half sugar. Lazy workers...unprofecionals and giving bad service. The brand is going to the floor. It has been my favorite since it was 99 cents a cup. Me as millons of costumers are leaving this habit. One of my order in the picture

I have finally learned my lesson. I will never go back to this store! Iāve encountered too much unprofessionalismā¦..girls having an attitude when I ask a question, on the phone shopping and sharing comments of pix using profanity while Iām standing there waiting on service, young man rolling dough with his bare hands and eating a salad at the same time, immediately being offered a refund as a resolution when asking a question about the presentation of the food, lying stating there is no manager availableā¦.. I could go on and on. Who owns this place?

Terrible service. Workers are rude. Ordered original nuggets, told wait would be 7 minutes. The 4 staff members were fooling around like children while I waited 20 minutes and they made cinnamon. This location needs new staff.

Past week everyday sold out on mini dogs. after being told no we not making new ones. how can you be sold out every day????
Worker was rude, she stated she was closer and that she was there alone. Which I understood but there were pretzels already made and she could have kindly stated ā I am here alone these are the only pretzels available Iām sorry for the inconvenience!ā I donāt know customer service is so hard for people now days smh.

Terrible customer service. They didnāt have much of anything at the time of visit and I was told that it would take 15 mins for the regular nuggets to be ready. I and my two children returned after waited for 15 mins to wait in line and try to order a large size of regular nuggets. Then I was told they didnāt have any regular, only cinnamon were available and only small size are available, not large sizes. So, I asked the young girls to check is there any will be ready soonā¦ Then ā¦ An older lady took charge of my order ( the one in light blue shirt) and tossed me a bag of food by the cash register. I asked why are you so rude to your customers!? She replied: ā you got what you asked for, have a good day, that all !ā Wowā¦. Even my 6 and 12 years old thought this person was Loud and Rude!!! I asked for her name, and she refused of course!! Will never go back again as much as we like the food there and we usually spend about $30 there every time we go to the mall.
