So, my daughter just relocated her from New Jersey and I've been bragging about the Bagel Boys location near our Johns Creek home in Alpharetta (4620 Kimball Bridge Road). This morning we had an opportunity to go so she could get some breakfast. As we walked in the door she told me the cashier (short hispanic female with black hair) gave her an unwelcoming look and when my daughter said "good morning" she did not respond. Now bear in mind I was told this after leaving. I then ordered a toasted Blueberry bagel with butter and my daughter initially ordered a bagel with bacon, eggs and cheese. I then changed my order to the same because it sounded good. I asked the cashier if they scrambled their eggs because that is the only way I can eat it. She said "yes". The tall white guy that appeared to be the. manager came and said they put heavy cream in it and pour it into something and they cook it. So again, for clarification, I asked if it was scrambled. He then walked back to the kitchen and showed me the egg that WAS NOT SCRAMBLED, it appeared to be STEAMED which I do not like. I thanked him for clearing up my confusion and as I proceeded to pay for what would now be my original Blueberry Bagel with butter and my daughter's now new order of the pistachio muffin, the cashier literally rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed as if she was annoyed right in front of me. So I said, "are you really getting upset because I asked about how you serve your eggs"? No response so I just paid and walked towards where the chairs were. She said my order will be a the window. Initially, I was going to sit down and remembered that I'll just go to the window since it's only a buttered bagel. When I got to the pick up window, I overheard her talking about me to another employee. She was in my direct line of view but I didn't see which employee she was talking to. I was so offended and disrespected that I then asked for a refund because I didn't want their food from that location. My daughter and I then drove approximately 5 additional miles to the Haynes Bridge location where we were greeted by two SUPER FRIENDLY cashiers. I asked this same cashier how they prepared their eggs and she answered with a friendly demeanor, "STEAMED". I looked at my daughter and proved my point. The cashier at the Kimball bridge location apparently came in with an attitude or maybe they are not used to minorities living in that location. Not sure but it was super unkind, mean and disrespectful. The manager just moved her out of the way, gave me my refund with receipt and let me go on my way. There was no attempt to rectify the matter. There was no apology for how we were treated. I will never spend my money at THAT LOCATION AGAIN and I don't expect to get a response from JACK POTTAGE who was the manager that gave me my money back. Lesson: If you work with the public and you can't offer a good morning or a simple smile then you are in the wrong line of work. As for this manager, seeing that this is a family owned business, if you allow your employees to treat people badly whether they are minorities or not, SHAME ON YOU. Perhaps you are so well off, there is no need to treat people with even a minimum amount of decency.

I purchased a Local Flavor Certificate for this location to try Bagel Boys Cafe. Great Experience!!!! The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was very clean w/ a comfortable atmosphere. The food was perfect. The Turkey Bacon sandwich was made as requested, delicious. The Cashew Chicken Salad was 1 of the best salads I've had in a long time. Really appreciated that everything was freshly prepared. Thank You for a great experience!!!

This place is close to my work so I often stop by for breakfast! But today will be my last day here! Their food is great but the service is absolutely awful!! The young lady at drive through never seems to be having a good day. This place would do so much better if only they work on their customer service!

Fantastic bagel shop! We had a large party over the weekend and the staff, owners and food couldn’t have been better! Bagels and veggie cream cheese were absolutely delicious and I tried a blueberry latte for the first time, highly recommend! Huge thanks to the team for making our event a success.

We hadn’t been to Bagel Boys in awhile but remembered that it was usually good. Today my husband went over to pick up bagel sandwiches to bring to my son’s house & we were very disappointed in what we got. One bagel sandwich had tuna salad, one had chicken salad & there was probably at the most 2 tablespoons on each sandwich. Very skimpy portion! My husband ordered a Swiss cheese sandwich & got ONE slice of cheese. Seriously???? It’s no wonder Brooklyn Bagel is always jammed…they give good food & large portions. Too bad Bagel Boys!

Ordered the Lots of Bagels & Sweets recently for my office. Bagels and cream cheese, good. Pastries, don’t waste your money. Cinnamon rolls were dry and the coffee cake (maybe? Unsure what it actually is) was doughy. Muffins were fine but nothing special.
I ordered for an 8:15 pickup and received a text at 7:36 that my order was ready. When I arrived at 8:25 it was sitting on the counter waiting. Including the cream cheese. Hopefully it wasn’t sitting out for basically an hour but not sure.

These non English speaking service reps are the worst. 1st 2 times I let it go but now I'm leaving 1 star review after ripping me off. After driving 15mi home these (fill in the blank) screwed up the order AGAIN. I paid 18 and change f9r 2 sandwiches instead to receive 2 plain bagels with cream cheese. Hate this place. Double check what these brdrjumpers give you.

Food was great! Always come here when visiting with my wife. Today however, the girl in the front wearing pink lipstick had an attitude when ordering food for no reason. So much for southern hospitality.

Ordered an iced coffee with white chocolate. They gave me a cup of creamer with ice no coffee. Incredibly disappointed. Don’t give them your business.

Just okay...would I go back? Maybe not. There are other bagel places in the area that are much better.
