I went to a restaurant that was claimed to be the #1 chicken in the U.S., called kimchi red, and this restaurant is no lie BETTER. The fried chicken is quite literally 2-3 times as good as “the best fried chicken in the U.S.” It is a must try, cannot recommend it more.

Lots of options and everything was fresh, portions were also great, I can’t remember what my husband ordered but I couldn’t finish my meal as much as I wanted to because it was so tasty 😋

Me and my mother went to this place for an outing. The wait time for our food wasn’t a lot, and the service was nice. The atmosphere was great, serving as a cozy place to chat and eat. Overall, this place was nice.

Food is amazing!! Staff is friendly. Cute place. You order at a kiosk and then they bring it to you, will definitely be back 🙃
One of my favorite places to eat at! We always order the Tonkatsu ramen and portions are more than enough. This time, we also tried the plain fried chicken and it was so good! The crunch of the chicken was great and there was plenty to take home as well.
We tried the matcha and strawberry bingsu and both were absolutely amazing! So refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A perfect treat, especially on a warm day.
Food was excellent, their katsu is top-tier. Boba tea had great flavour and wasnt stuffed with ice and was at a much more reasonable price than everywhere else. Their cake rolls were so fluffy, like eating a cloud.Portions for the meal were good, only complaint on the meal is that it was a little pricier than i would have preferred, it wasnt bad, would gladly pay it again but i wish it was just a tad bit cheaper.
Tasty food. Friendly service. Variety of menu. Good pricing.
Extremely generous servings! Everything was delicious! I recommend the Katsu plates!

Delicious food, clean and cozy space, excellent staff.
This place is super quick and has delicious food. I got the Bibimbap with Shrimp and it was phenomenal. My friend got the Tonkatsu Ramen and enjoyed it! The staff here is also super friendly.
I visited Bang Bang once before and thought it was just okay. I wondered why the place was so empty despite its decent setup. Today, I went back, and now I understand why. The restaurant lacks both courtesy and consistency, which makes for a disappointing experience.
The fried rice I ordered last time was completely different today, and not in a good way. The low-quality chicken in it was so bad it made me gag. Consistency is key for any restaurant, and they completely missed the mark.
The ordering system is another issue. You’re supposed to order on a screen, but if you don’t know what everything is, good luck—there’s nobody around to help. That’s why I played it safe and ordered the same thing as last time. Even something as simple as asking for a slice of lemon for water was met with, “We don’t have it.”
Overall, it’s clear why this place struggles to attract customers

I had a great experience at Bang Bang Japanese and Korean Cuisine! The donkatsu was fantastic—perfectly crispy and served in a generous portion. The self-ordering system was convenient and streamlined the process. Since it's self-service, tipping isn't required, which I appreciated, though I did notice the ordering machine still prompts for tips (18%, 20%, etc.). I opted out, but I hope they reconsider including that option, as it feels unnecessary in this setting. Aside from that, the rice seems to be old and not fresh. I barely eat the rice on the plate and I can tell since I am an asian and eat rice everyday.
