Paid for a specific birthday cake 1 week in advance. When we come to pick it up, there’s no cake!!! Careless attitude when we kept asking for an alternate option and lost lot of time, & we had the kids waiting at home for the cake. Eventually got out with some other inventory cake to get back home. Worst experience ever. These ppl are incapable of providing the service they charge you for.

Do not waste your money buying a half sheet birthday cake from this place it is way too small and there is no way I could feed 10 to 12 people it is also not worth the money that we paid

Located inside the Dunkin Donuts shop. Clean store with a good variety of Icecreams. Service is fast.

Great service tonight!! Ice cream was delicious as usual.

I called earlier looking for a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Mickael had great customer service. He didn't just say "whatever we have it" he asked if I cared about what was on the cake and made sure I would actually like what I was getting. Glad he told me about the blue cake. Great customer service.

Ugh, robbery by this place. They will forget a part of your order. They will charge you double. They will leave you asking, what kind of place is this.

A bad experience made right. Ordered a cake, wrong cake provided. 5 kids working there could not help me when I politely asked for a discount to make it right. Very comical scene of them just staring at the cake and then me. One even said “see this is why I don’t want to be a Manager”. So I then asked for the Manager. The Manager gave me the cake for free and apologized. He went onto give me free donuts and munchkins for my inconvenience. I didn’t expect the donuts or free cake, only a discount. This was great customer service at its best. Fix the problem and go even beyond. I left feeling grateful and my party guests were happy for the cake and donuts. Still need to work on training the kids you hire, all do not seem to know what they are doing, but very happy with the customer service from the Manager.

Bro….WTF…Scene….7 people in total standing behind the counter. Still had to wait for the 1 person apparently responsible for taking ice cream orders, making them and delivering the finished product.Order2 scoops of chocolate chip1 chocolate shakeHad to ask for a cover for the ice cream (not a biggie)Confirmed “chocolate shake 5 times”. Young boy starts scooping chocolate chip. I say “bro, please. Chocolate shake”. He replies with “you said chocolate chip”. And “why did you ask for chocolate chip”.I go off. I’m tired of sub par service and attitude when I’m paying. This isn’t a charity.Kid keeps laughing (I’m feeling a YouTube video moment coming on). I ask for a manager (who is standing within ear shot). I just advise him to have a conversation with your staff on what customer experience looks like.Or…Maybe we are just that far gone where being a patron doesn’t matter anymore. I’ll put this review is any many places as possible to see what shakes. See if anyone cares about the customer anymore.

Ended up with a little more basic of a choose and got a scoop of banana walnut and cookies n cream because I was really craving it!

Their desserts are wonderful! Be prepared to stand in line outside in the heat! They just need to add line ropes inside so not as many people have to wait outside. They did walk around and handed out free water!
