I wish I would have known about this place sooner, as it's close to my office! The entire experience here was excellent. We walked into the beautiful shop and were greeted by a friendly gentleman, whom I now know is one of the owners! The interior design and aesthetic of this shop is fantastic. The owner was brewing a pour over coffee for another patron and we could tell easily that they love what they do. I really appreciate the attention to detail and passion about coffee...

Came in with my family, we sampled a few offerings(Pacamera natural, Sidra black honey and a Sidamo) and got phenomenal service and perfectly poured cups. I was able to chat about varietals, green sourcing and general cafe stuff ?☕
I would absolutely recommend this roaster to anyone looking to find a high end...
