I drove here from Buckhead, so that says a lot about my loyalty to this franchise. My waitress was attentive and polite. Jason made it a memorable experience for me. I will definitely be back!

We made a reservation and it was pointless because we still waited forever for seating at the bar for it to be first come first serve even though the host told us “unsure if it’s first come first serve” after waiting for 30 minutes. We then were seated at the bar after complaining. Once seated, it took 15 minutes to order a drink which was awful. We asked if we could order food when ordering drinks and she responded “yes” and brought us our check. It took us 30 minutes to close out and get our check. The place wasn’t packed so confused why service was so awful.

This location used to be a treat. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First, the cleanliness seems to be failing. The dimmed lights don’t hide that it could use a good scrub down. Second, Augusto was the worst chef I’ve ever had. He said his name, and then nothing else the entire time. This place is expensive and part of the price is the fact that you get a show. I’m not sure if he was afraid of seasoning or running out, because there was almost none in the food. All of us at the table had to ask for extra sauces and garlic butter to try and supplement the bland taste. The ginger dressing on the salad tasted spoiled. Our waitress was almost non existent as well. The place only had two other tables being served, so why was she nowhere to be found. I don’t remember her name, but whichever one has the birthmark/mole on her chin. I went without a drink for at least 25 minutes. She would bring things and not clear the stuff we weren’t using. Long story short, I paid nearly $300 for unseasoned food, an absent waitress, and a chef who did nothing but sweat and pretend like he was in the room alone. Not only do I not want to revisit this location again, I really wish I could have a refund, and I’d advise others looking to go here not to visit. Harsh, but true. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had the displeasure of wasting my time to sit through.
