This location should opt in for non-carpeted floors. It did not smell clean or fresh when we first walked in. Also, ensure to clean where the hibachi chefs stand and prepare the food. It was trash on the floor/mats that needed to be swept and wasn't. I noticed it at the other hibachi tables in the same spot where the chef would stand. Our chef, waiter, and other staff were great and very attentive. The food was yummy. And my E gift card was very easy to use.

Kind of dead for a Friday night. Staff congregated too much because they had nothing to do. Made it feel like a diner instead of a higher end establishment. Our server was great, the hostess was great. The chef was personable but no entertainment value. Just cooked the food but was nice the entire time. Leaving, employees were smoking near the front door. Just weird overall. Not worth the price tags.

Since The ONE Group took over, I've noticed a lot of changes, mainly with customer service which has went from a 1 to a 5 and has remained great throughout 2025. The problem is the price for entrees has skyrocketed from in in case $31 to $54 for Emperor's Feast. The amount of chicken and mignon you receive appears to be less vs in the past but the meal almost doubled in price. The restaurant itself needs to be refurbished from the floor to the ceiling as you can tell its aging.

Arrived at 730 took about a hour to be seated. Had reservation , but still a very long time to be seated. Everything was drawn out took about an hour and 30 minutes before our chief arrived at our table. We left at 11 o'clock that was a very long night.

Pretty bad experience. Restaurant is tired and dirty. Bathroom was dirty. We had a reservation for a party of 10 at 5:45. We waited a half an hour to sit m, another hour before received soup. We never received salads because they ran out of dressing and didn't leave until 9:15 PM. Our chef was great, she was personable and efficient. It's just unfortunate that it took forever for her to get to us. Considering the price they charge for food, the restaurant should be far better maintained and service should be better.

Visited this location this past Saturday October 25. It was for my daughter's birthday celebration which was going to be a walk-in of five people, the man that was hosting got extremely upset with me when I said I don't know how many people will be in the party and that it's not my event. Eventually we left after the rudeness continued and ate across the street at Showdown. This would have been our first experience at this restaurant however it did not happen.!

Wonderful, just wonderful. The food was top tier, the hibachi chef that was cooking the food put on a spectacular show, I was amazed, the drinks came quick all the staff were very kind and respectful. The food has a beautiful nice touch of seasoning and flavor mixed with spices. Words can't describe my experience considering I've been here 3 times.

My girlfriend had never tried Benihana, nor had she an Atlanta experience. We were both shocked and disappointed by the abysmal experience we had. My expectations of mediocrity were met at the entrance, where we had to wait even though we made a 6 p.m. reservation. To make matters worse, we were accidentally mixed up with another Black party, which caused us to wait an additional 40 minutes before we were finally acknowledged. Our dinner concluded around 9 p.m., and I missed most of the Sunday Night Football game. Needless to say, Benihana and I made that experience unforgettable.

Went for lunch, the waitress were LAZY. She acted like she didn’t want to work , she got my order wrong . the cook came out got upset with us because the waitress got the order wrong! We decided to leave without eating , after wasting 45 minutes ! I do not recommend anyone coming here ! This is RIDICULOUS. Also the manger was NO HELP. This place needs to be shut down !!
