After a not so great experience at this location during the height of the pandemic, we decided to give it another shot tonight. We are so glad we did. The food was delicious and our chef was great. Jasmine was a fantastic server. We will be back.

Every single thing was amazing! From being greeted my Casey when we my mom and I walked in. To Asia checking on our dining experience (as well as Casey). To Chef E cooking our order beyond satisfactory and giving us incredible conversation and entertainment.We also got pictures! If I could give this specific location more than 5 stars I WOULD! This is by far the absolute worst experience I've had coming to this location. I bypass the buckhead location to come here and starting to regret it. First I requested chef Nelson which I always do. When I got there I was told that he wasn't cooking by the manager Marlos. After my table was seated I saw Nelson come out to cook for another table. I don't have a problem if a requested chef isn't cooking but it's disappointing and frustrating to be told one thing by management and see something else happen. His attitude when asked about it was nonchalant and it is what it is. Something that should never come from someone in a managerial role. Secondly the grill was dirty and had something stuck to it which took sometime to correct. Thirdly after being told "we have other top chefs here cooking" we got chef Jackson who is clearly new, undertrained and clearly nervous. You could tell he didn't receive enough training and was just thrown out there. The food was underseasoned and overcooked. Iliana our server on the other hand was great. Overall the experience was absolutely horrible. The chef and manager was subpar. Makes me rethink patronizing this location. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with the experience that I had.

Chris.…Chris….Chris….This is who you need to see…or someone that he’s trained. He’s the best of the best as proven by his 2019 award as such. You want good food? Check! You want good service? Check! You want good entertainment? Check mate!! This mfer is what makes the price make sense…..and he’s a Mets fan so coming from a Phillies fan makes it even that better. I am biased and I can’t be on him…see this dude!!!!

Came in on 4/11/24. Waitress was amazing. Food was really good. At the end, our chef (William) made himself some food and put it in a togo box. I had no issue with it, I have just never seen that. Chef William did a great job. Although when he cooked his food at the end, it looked better than our food lol. Other than that, pretty good experience.

My experience would had probably been different had it not been for our waitress Rlise. She was attentive to our needs, checked in with us consistently. I noticed a couple of the staff giving her a hard time but she handled herself extremely well. Elise was great!

We celebrated our 10 year old's birthday last night at Benihana and had one of the best meals and experiences I think we've ever had eating hibachi. Chef Chris was AMAZING and made our dinner such a pleasure. Thank you!!

It used to be much better, chefs would put on a show and make customers laugh. Today it is simply good cuisine in an interesting version. We waited over 2 hours for dinner to start even though we had a reservation and arrived on time. It's not very comfortable with small children. And a 5% discount on the bill for such a mistake is just a joke. The tip was already included in the bill, so you pay it willingly or unwillingly. It's a pity because it was supposed to be our special moment.

Chef Jason takes care to make every dish exactly the way you like it.The food is delicious, and the service is tops. Benihana in Alpharetta will make your meal special!
