Wonderful! I ordered the Chicken Coconut Curry and I ate the WHOLE thing! Beautiful music and atmosphere. Me and my friend have our own booth. :) Honestly the best Indian cuisine I have ever eaten.

I recently visited Bombay Flames. I invited my guests from Vermont, the owner took our order and she was extremely rude, I don’t for what reason. Charging $5.99 for extra onion.Upon arrival, the greeting (or lack thereof) was our first indication that the service might not be as warm as anticipated. Throughout our meal, interactions with the staff were, regrettably, marked by a noticeable lack of courtesy and professionalism. Requests for basic service needs were met with indifference, and at times, our server’s responses bordered on disrespectful. This was surprising and disheartening, particularly because dining out is as much about the experience as it is about the food.

Stop advertising the buffet if you don’t have it

Still rice stars after all these years. Bombay Flames is where I treat myself for lunch. My usual is their signature Palak Paneer and I jones for it every couple of weeks. The lunch buffet is gone, which is perfectly fine with me. Yeah...maybe a little more expensive if the appetite is huge...but the single servings are a fine size for yours truly. The spice level is legit, ranging 1 to 5, so you best have your big boy pants on if you sign up for 5. I'm a spicy food lover and 3-4 is plenty. Still one of my local favorites.

This place has good food, it's spicy, has no weird overwhelming taste of cardamom (a lot atl Indian restaurants do this for some reason), and it's gravies are full of fat not water. The place is a hole in the wall so the inside isn't all that nice but this place is perfect for takeout.

I really enjoyed my visit to Bombay Flames. The impression that I left with is that Bombay Flames is a small, most-likely family run restaurant. The décor and atmosphere is simple, family-style with expected ethic flair. The food was fresh, delicious and truly homemade. The menu is quite diverse and yes, be careful about the level of spice, this is authentic Indian cosine. It took a good while for our food to arrive because it was likely made to order and there was probably only one person cooking for the entire restraint. Several families with kids were in the private party room and I assume they placed a big order. The service was good and attentive, though my wife and I chucked when the server asked if my wife wanted a white or red Chardonnay. :) Sometimes a little language barrier makes it even more enjoyable.

Had a hankering for some chicken tikka masala for lunch today -- so placed on online order. Super fast delivery -- the chicken and naan were delicious -- and (I'm a lightweight) the #1 spice level was perfect. Will definitely order again!

We absolutely love this restaurant!!! Everyone that I've recommended this place to has felt the same. Their chicken tikka masala is a staple in our home and go to meal when we need a warm, comforting meal. The food is always consistent, well-spiced, and generous in terms of portions. Their naan is also amazing; you can't go wrong with any variation you choose. The service here is great as well. The staff is very friendly and prompt on responding to requests. The atmosphere here is cozy and inviting. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem.

Exploring the city we wanted to check out Bombay flames on a Sunday night. The service was really good and they really tried to answer all our questions and modify the dishes as we requested. They ask for spice levels and we asked for 2 for kids and 3 spice level for us. But if you are an average spice eater do understand that level 3 was pretty spicy for us. Just FYIThey don't have any bone in options for chicken which I would request them to have atleast one of it.We had ordered the non veg platter which came as a sizzler as was pretty impressive. The laccha paratha was an hit with my kids and husband. Chicken Afghani and Chicken Curry were good too. They are the service fee in the bill which on upon asking looked like that has added the tip already for 4 of us.Rest of our experience was good with the Resturant.
