Four times in a row on a Sunday morning and they don't have everything bagels. That forced me to go to bagel boys and turns out they're better.

Not only was it a great bacon, egg, & cheese but I accidentally left my purse in a booth. they found and put it in the safe for me till I came to claim it.

Absolutely the best bagels in Atlanta—no question.
There are plenty of places to get a bagel in this city, but Brooklyn Bagel Bakery & Deli stands in a league of its own. Perfect texture, fresh ingredients, and that true New York flavor—right here in ATL. Friendly service, great vibe, and consistently amazing quality. If you're a bagel lover, this is the spot.

We got a variety of bagels and they were all so good and perfectly chewy. Be prepared for a
lot of cream cheese if you order it on your bagel! I got a bagel sandwich and next time I come back I think I will stick with a plain bagel. The egg, sausage, and cream cheese were good but they detracted from how good the bagel was! Also- they have rainbow bagels. So beautiful!

I’ve been coming to the Alpharetta location for many years. The bagels are very good, as are the breakfast sandwiches. Their prepared foods are yummy, too.

But their customer service has slipped in the last year or so. The cashiers are often grumpy, the dining area is usually messy and borderline dirty. The outside often has litter strewn about.

Bagels and cream cheese were great but I was appalled that I was told “too busy to slice the bagels”, it was a to go order and on a road trip, no knives and asked them to slice 4 bagels and they refused because “too busy”, the gentleman running cashier asked a lady who may have been the manager after he told me they too busy and don’t slice bagels, I said on road trip and without knives would he make an exception and he asked the lady and she immediately said “NO”, unbelievable the attitude, not too busy to collect your money and can’t slice 4 bagels! I’ve never experienced such rude and inappropriate service, it is apparent they don’t value their customers.

Been going to Brooklyn Bagel for 2 yrs now. Every morning there is a white honda suv parked backwards in a parking spot. It appears to belong to someone that works there. I thought parking was for customers and employee parking is in the big lot.
It appears to be a new manager that is very very loud. She was spraying table cleaner and sprayed a little boy sitting at a table by the window. and the table did not have any food on it.
I miss the other lady that was manager. Where did she go?????????? And please stop the yelling behind the counter and speak english. Hire americans

Love Brooklyn Bagel Bakery & Deli! I've been to all of their locations now, and I either get a delicious bagel and chive cream cheese and lox. When I go for lunch, I cannot resist that amazing Reuben sandwich. There are lots of other options. Love that all their restaurants are family-owned by members of our community. The customer service is great and you feel the love! I’m so happy the Brookhaven restaurant opened so I can get my favorites located minutes from Dunwoody!

Great bagels! Really quick, friendly, and attentive service. My only complaint is the amount of cream cheese and PB I got was a bit lacking. That being said the bagels were soft and absolutely delicious.

Love this place! Bagels are delicious! We live 45 min away but always make it a point to come by anytime we can. It’s probably our favorite bagel spot. And believe me, we’ve tried them all.
