Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Ice cream is still one of the best around. Prices are great. Regards program gives little discounts after so many visits. Seasonal flavors are yummy. Staff works efficiently to get through the line. They have some picnic tables and benches. FYI no bathrooms. One of our favorite spots.

Tried for the first time and it was good . The staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend for ice cream lovers!!

The service was prompt and friendly. Went downhill from there. Flavors of ice cream are limited. Cones are not as fresh as they could be and the ice cream had the quality of low end super market, Also, the grounds were unkempt with peeling paint on the concrete and numerous weeds. Will not return.

Came here after some dinner close to closing time (I know I am sorry for being one of those people), but they treated me so well and the ice cream was delicious. Other places have turned me away, but I am glad they didn’t. Definitely recommend the white turtle if you have not tried it yet!

Good ice cream spot. Nice seating and atmosphere, especially at night/dusk. My only gripe is that last time I visited they weren't accepting $50 bills, but that's understandable so I dont really hold it against them. Ice cream was good, will definitely return when I'm not broke. I will cry myself to sleep if it closes

I recently visited Buster's Ice Cream Place and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The teenage girls working there seemed very slow and lacked a strong work ethic. It was evident that they were not focused on their tasks, which resulted in longer wait times for customers.

Additionally, I found the staff to be unwelcoming and unprofessional. There was little enthusiasm or friendliness in their interactions, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable. It’s important for a business, especially one that serves families and children, to have staff who are not only efficient but also engaging.

I believe Buster's could greatly benefit from hiring better staff who are motivated and dedicated to providing excellent service. With some improvements in this area, I think the overall experience could be much more positive.

Im back! Great time to come - when no sun, no lines! The creamiest ice cream i have had in ages. Delicious coffee chocolate chip and also pistachio! And today we add white turtle and raspberry chocolate truffle to the list!

FOSTER IS THE GREATEST ‼️‼️‼️✨ He helped my husband and I out today by going above and beyond. We asked for extra oreos on double scoop cookies and cream wale cone and he was eager to help but, additionally, he suggested putting it in a bowl so I wouldn’t lose my Oreos!! I appreciate his initiative in saying this…. He’s actually thinking and processing beyond what I asked. YAY FOSTER!!! Thanks a million
