This is a FIVE STAR review !
I went to Brusters to get the free baby cone for my girls and the young gentleman went above and beyond . He not only served the ice cream but he put eyes, hair(sprinkles)and a smile . It not only made my day it made my kids day as well. We have been to different brusters around ATL and this was the FIRST time we had great customer service from a brusters employee. Definitely will continue to come here .

(Was my opinion 6yrs ago and still is) Seen a few bad reviews lately, so it made me a little weary. Maybe it's just certain workers cuz everything was good with the shake I got today. No complaints

I had not been to a Bruster’s in probably 10+ years until recently. We wanted a sweet snack after dinner so we stopped by our local Bruster’s for the first time! Forever ago, I always used to get the cotton candy explosion. I was stoked to see it still on the menu today! Of course had to get it, and it literally tasted the exact same as when I remember it over ten years ago! Very nostalgic. The service was fast and the staff was nice! I will say, Bruster’s has gone up significantly in price, but what hasn’t these days. Would for sure go back to this Bruster’s for some yummy ice cream!

This place is going downhill FAST!!! My turtle sundae less than a year ago cost $7.29, now it costs over $9!!!!I get inflation but these prices are ridiculous! The owner is price gouging and the service has dropped off a cliff, none of the employees care to serve you and the portions have gotten even smaller! IT’S $2 JUST FOR AN EXTRA SCOOP OF SPRINKLES! It costs a family of 3 nearly $30.

When the brownie is stale, as an employee you should be able to identify this before serving it to your customer. If I hadn't drove off already I would have been getting a replacment. Ruined my whole craving. ?
