Ice cream is good. However, it seems like the flavors have not really been rotating that much. Would love to see more options.

Value for the money? Not so much. Prices have gone up while the quantity you get seems to be going down. Please don't be so stingy with the ice cream. Two scoops means two FULL scoops please.

Staff is typically kids and generally very friendly and always smiling. That's not a typical scene for teenagers working retail!

Good ice cream. Service was good. Drive-thru works good. We went on a really rainy day, and the drive-thru work awesome not one drop wet.

Ummmm absolutely not! I went here and ordered a blaster with m&ms and brownie. What I got was a cup of brownie and m&m with maybe a few dollops of melted ice cream. What a waste of $9. If I wanted a pack of m&ms i would have went to the Kroger in the same parking lot and got that for $1.50. Please do better! The summer is coming and there is no way this is even cost effective.

Ice cream was very good, but $6.95 for a single scoop on waffle cone. Scoop wasn’t even very big. That’s crazy. Won’t ever go back.

The pricing listed is not what you will be charged. Obviously this franchisee is too cheap to update their signage and makes the teenage girls that work there bear the brunt of angry customers. How do you call yourself an entrepreneur but not look after your workers or customers? You should be ashamed of yourself. Saving $100 by not updating your menu board. Grow up!

A botched order again. A week ago, I ordered a banana split that had no bananas. Overlooked. But a repeat, I ordered a chocolate banana shake which is usually done well, was requested made with chocolate ice cream and no chocolate syrup. Even after the request, no joy. AND no bananas. I returned to tell them, they offered to remake it but I declined. I will not go back to this Old Alabama store. It's criminal enough that a shake costs nearly $10 - ditto with the banana split- but then not getting boutique service paying boutique prices. I will go elsewhere or make the thing myself. Sad.

My husband went to the drive true and ordered a banana split (without chocolate) when he got it it didn't have bananas it only had the ice

4.49 for a kids cup with 2 scoops. Ridiculous. Kids enjoyed it but way overpriced.

Terrible service. The girl tonight (dark hair with glasses) was extremely rude. It took 20 min from the time I got there until I got my order and she got upset with me when I didn’t tip her. Pretty sure you can’t have hair in your face and long fake nails while working with food. Never going back to this location.
