Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Their butter pecan ice cream is delicious! It is packed with fresh pecan halves and the ice cream is buttery and delicious! It was the perfect treat for a hot day! Also, they are quick and efficient in serving customers, and there were several cars in the parking lot full of people enjoying their wonderful sweet treats!

Overpriced, dirty, and ice cream wasn’t good.

The menu is very easy to spot yet since there’s so many options and the sizes vary, it can take a couple minutes to completely absorb and decide what you want. Their sizes in small buckets are small, regular, and large and they’ve got cake cone and waffle cone options. I got their Graham Central Station ice cream which was fabulous.

To go though you can get a pint, quart, and gallon. They also have sorbet, Italian ices, shakes, sundaes, no sugar added ice creams, and no milk added ones too. It’s been a while since I’ve seen an ice cream shop with this many options. I thoroughly enjoyed not just my ice cream but the experience exploring the menu.

Yesterday, I went to this location to get some ice cream for my family. When I came home and started eating, my dad found a nail in his. I called the store addressing this issue, the employee wrote down my number and name. I have yet to hear from management.

I love this location! Shout out to Hannah who gives great customer service and always makes me feel welcome.

This is my very first experience without standing service. Compassionate employees, quick and courteous service. This is my new hotspot. Definitely. Recommend this place. Still great ice cream. Must have been someone new. Smallest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever received. One scoop Barely filled half the cup Even the pup cup was half the size of small cup.

Paid quite a bit for two scoops in a cup and this is what I got. No bites were taken out of this cup. Quite disappointed. I get times are hard but do better honestly.

The young lady was so rude. She gave me attitude when I asked for tips for my ice cream, I asked her to put them in a bag and she just handed me the bag and closed the window in my face.
