Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This is my very first experience without standing service. Compassionate employees, quick and courteous service. This is my new hotspot. Definitely. Recommend this place. They have fresh ingredients and lots of variety to choose from. Go check them out. You'll definitely be glad you did. Blessings🙌😍👌

Still great ice cream. Must have been someone new. Smallest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever received. One scoop Barely filled half the cup Even the pup cup was half the size of small cup.

Paid quite a bit for two scoops in a cup and this is what I got. No bites were taken out of this cup. Quite disappointed. I get times are hard but do better honestly.

The young lady was so rude. She gave me attitude when I asked for tips for my ice cream, I asked her to put them in a bag and she just handed me the bag and closed the window in my face.

Life can be complicated. Ice cream is not.

I ordered a regular size waffle cone with white raspberry yogurt. Paid the bill electronicialy. White raspberry was written on the list of items on a sign outside of the shop. After a few minutes, I was told there wasn't any white raspberry yogurt. I can't eat ice cream because I am lactose intolerant. Asked for my money back, but the server did not know how to credit my money back. Eventually, I got a receipt that the cancel went through after waiting forever. When I got the receipt, I wasn't credited back the full amount. Rather than waste more of my time and no manager on duty - I left and will never be back. No sorry no apology nothing. Thank you Bruster's for lousy service and stealing my money.

Friendly staff member but quite slow. I’ve had to wait over 20+ mins with one person in front of me. Maybe more help for the young man would help these long wait times.
