The young lady was so rude. She gave me attitude when I asked for tips for my ice cream, I asked her to put them in a bag and she just handed me the bag and closed the window in my face.

I ordered a regular size waffle cone with white raspberry yogurt. Paid the bill electronicialy. White raspberry was written on the list of items on a sign outside of the shop. After a few minutes, I was told there wasn't any white raspberry yogurt. I can't eat ice cream because I am lactose intolerant. Asked for my money back, but the server did not know how to credit my money back. Eventually, I got a receipt that the cancel went through after waiting forever. When I got the receipt, I wasn't credited back the full amount. Rather than waste more of my time and no manager on duty - I left and will never be back. No sorry no apology nothing. Thank you Bruster's for lousy service and stealing my money.

I would put this Brewsters at the top of my list for the worst service in Roswell. Do not order a cake from here! I have ordered from Publix for years and have never had a problem. Ordered an icecream cake for a birthday on May 24th to be picked up on May 26th. The cake was never made and nothing was offered except the manager's number. The manager, Olivia, read the message I sent her but never responded. Now, the party is happening the next day at noon, with no birthday cake. So, I had to make 2 cakes until 2am that night. No response from the manager still and have almost $100 that has not been refunded.

If you are craving a milkshake, do NOT go to this store. We order milkshakes regularly via UberEats. This store is directly across the street from us. I’m disabled so ordering is worth the convenience and only a couple $ more than what you pay at the window.We have to order from two different Bruster’s stores that are several miles away in order to get a properly made milkshake.We once returned our shakes to this store and the teenager argued with us saying that they melted. Which is ridiculous since we regularly order from the other stores that take twice as long and get very thick shakes.Even after this store remade our shakes, which took a lot of convincing, they were STILL very thin. As in when you pull the drink through the straw it’s pure liquid. Not milk mixed with ice cream. Straight up lightly flavored cold milk. And that’s after asking for the shakes being made thick.We order milkshakes from two other Brusters stores, Steak n Shake, Five Guys, and a couple other places and have never had this issue. They are the ONLY place that cannot make a milkshake. Too bad because they are right across the street.
