Bubbly Boba Tea Cafe

I definitely recommend buying their boba here. The boba is super soft and not hard, they also have many choices of bobas! My personal favorite is the peach milk tea with lychee jelly, it’s so good. The employees are very nice and their whole shop is very relaxing and cozy. This is one of my favorite boba shops and definitely recommend going here!

I have been here once in the past. The drinks were fine but I’m not often in the area so this isn’t my normal spot. I am a runner and was out running with my dad nearby when I saw the shop and decided I would like try it again. Right as I walked in the door the young male employee working said I wasn’t allowed in and to leave. This was because I didn’t have a mask. Which is fine, I totally get it, I am all for masks but in this one instance I was out running and didn’t have one on me. There are many more polite ways to address the situation. Maybe say it in a kinder tone, offer me a mask, or politely say that there is a mask policy. But instead I was told to leave? Honestly I would’ve love to give this cute shop a second chance but the curtesy and manners of the employees does make a difference and left a sour taste in my mouth. A suggestion for this store, if you have a mask policy either sell masks for a dollar or so or offer some complimentary.

I've been ordering pretty much weekly from Bubbly Boba. The staffs here are very friendly, and I highly recommend the Match Latte and the Earl Grey Tea Latte. The place is small but feels very cozy and homey.

Super cute tea shop with an excellent selection of fresh tapioca pearls and jellies. The tea is great quality and made right in front of you. There is a cozy quality when you walk in and you feel welcome! Delicious Boba, great environment, friendly employees!

I so want to love this place. I’ve had more than a handful of teas from this conveniently located shop. Every time I’ve gone, the teas seem watered down to me as well as not sweet enough? I’ve had 100% sweetness (which is a rare level of sweetness for me at other tea shops) but the teas still taste bland. For whatever reason the milk tea does not taste well rounded, not sure if it’s the lack of dairy or a more healthier/better for us version that is being used, but it’s definitely missing something. Also, the bobas lack flavor too, not sure if they’re being soaked in any sweetness? But they just taste like chewy balls without much flavor. Overall the taste of the milk tea and boba taste too bland for me and I want to know what can be done to make it more appropriate for my taste? The staff has always been nice and the shop in itself is quaint. Please help me out here as I really want this place to be my boba tea shop of choice (instead of having to drive to Johns creek ?)**I think it’s the lack of dairy in the milk tea. I know you all are vegan friendly but will you consider carrying a lactose free version milk? Pretty please ??*** this won’t stop me from still stopping by this place time to time, still desiring to support local businesses

Very cute little shop. Despite being very busy, the staff was polite and took the time to discuss their menu options and make recommendations. The Boba tea was excellent.

tapioca pearls were good, but the tea was tasteless. felt like i was drinking water. i ordered regular sugar.

So I like their tea really good but I do not agree with the way they are handling the pandemic. Asking to see your vaccination card if you can’t wear a mask. The owner will write a response to my review like we are doing this for the safety...... you can order online but thats segregation & medically discriminating against me if I can’t wear a mask. It’s not a great feeling & it’s wrong. No where around my area is even doing this but them. So if you can’t wear a mask & you’re not vaccinated be prepared to be segregated..... Bc segregation has always worked out well throughout history. (Not really) I've just decided not to come back because of it. The owner could get educated on the fact that a mask will not stop a particle as small as a virus which is microscopic....

Really solid place for boba tea. I’ve found at other places the tea can be super sweet or devoid of any sweetness at all. I don’t want to do the choose my own sweetness thing. It’s too variable for one. Bubbly Boba doesn’t mess with all that ( that I know if) and their teas have always been just right. Usually I get the peach tea with green tea base and lychee jelly. The price point is perfect too. Two teas cost us around $10

I stopped by this shop on my way home yesterday, and will definitely be back! The staff were very courteous and helped me pick my milk tea. I had the Earl Grey milk tea with Tapioca Pearls - and it’s my new favorite! So glad this place is close to my home.

FINALLY found our new go-to bubble tea shop! We’ve had mango, taro, and a few other teas. All were delicious! Full of flavor. Not watered down. Tons of boba. I order online before I leave the house and it’s ready to go in 10 minutes. I hesitate to try flavors at other places, but everything here has been amazing! I’m actually excited to branch out. Great staff too! Been 3 times and every time was perfect !!!

Do not recommend this place to anyone. They don’t grasp the importance of “returning” customers which is what drives business growth.Amateurs running a retail business….
