Buffalo Wild Wings

I always sit at the bar when I come here, and the service is consistently great. Brittany is amazing—she makes excellent drinks every time. My go-to favorites are the Green Tea shots and the Black Cherry Mezgarita. Awesome service, great vibes!

We walked in after a 10 hour drive in to town and came here to eat because we were worn out, it was easy to get to and we love the food. We sat down as instructed by the sign and waited to be served. We saw the waitresses were busy so gave them some grace but after 20 minutes we hadn't been acknowledged or given drinks and noticed people sitting around us getting their orders taken. We were so frustrated we simply walked out. Do better BWW.

Had a really frustrating visit – it took almost an hour and a half to get our food, service was super slow taking the order, and some items were even missing. It also took forever just to get the check. The manager was very understanding when we spoke with him at the end and offered a gift card, which I appreciated.

We will not return. The women who sat us was wonderful, that’s were the magic ended. Took about 15 minutes to get drinks. It got to the point we were guessing if the game would end before we got our drinks. 2 people around us got up and left after being seated because no one came over to them. Seemed like there were plenty of servers and was not that busy, many open tables. Our server maybe had 3-4 tables. And even worse the wings were meh… dry and drenches in sauce. Asked for a to go box and after 10 minutes I went and got one myself.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated by a lady that did not know what she was doing. T they didn’t give us menus and after 10 minutes the waiter didn’t even greet us. We walked out after waiting 30 minutes of our time. So disappointing!!!!

Basic.

We had a good time at Buffalo Wild Wings . We were 3 families with kids .

We had multiple alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and various combos for the whole gang . Mark our server was very patient with us all and our huge orders

Food was really good and enjoyed the games too on big screens

It felt like this staff was distracted or only interested in the bare minimum. Ordered tap beers. Both taps needed to be changed out. Both? This was after we sat at the bar and had to wait 10 minutes before we even got waited on. Then empty kegs added to the delay. So realistically we were there 20 minutes before we were served tap beer. I don't want to call anyone lazy but I might call them uninspired.

Lacks freshness. Stale musty scent. Doors need cleaning. Takes time to get seated and get service. Staff was friendly and food was decent.
