This is the worst restaurant. They make you wait for atleast an hour for all orders. I have ordered takeouts a couple of times and they have always prepared the order an hour later than the delivery time. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.!.!!

If you are ordering or picking up a to-go order, be prepared to wait a long time. I’d rate the customer service, but there was none. No one came out to greet or take orders from the several customers waiting. We all just awkwardly stood there staring at a muted TV show. Don’t waste your time like I did, hoping someone would come out and take my money in exchange for their food.1 year later: same story. Nothing has changed. Waited a long time in the To-Go section and no one came to greet us. Even opened the door to the dining area to wait for 20 minutes and every server ignored us. Pretty sad. BDub’s used to have great customer service when I was growing up :(

I had a takeout order on Sunday evening which I placed in the restaurant. I was asked to wait for 15 mins. When I went back after 15 mins, no one was there to get my food or food of other 4 people waiting there. Waited there for another 15-20 mins before someone came out and gave us the food.Restaurant was not busy at all.I had long wait times at this location in past and customer service is always not good.They seem to be short of staff, especially on take out side.

Was a bit confusing to find the take out door from the front entrance, as my order was quite slow with almost no one being there.... but the guy at the take out desk was helpful with correcting my order.

Good luck if you're picking up take-out. Restaurant servers & hostesses are wicked-rude & refuse to assist with take-out, even if the dining room is empty. Go to Hooters or anywhere else for wings. The Haynes Bridge BWW is a joke.

I was going to take advantage of the free BWW offer after the Super Bowl O/T event last night BUT then started reading the reviews and didn’t want to be victimized by this establishment.Does anyone wonder why the “Owner” responds to all of the negative reviews and asks for more information but obviously hasn’t taken the time to address the root causes for all the problems at this store?Why the “Owner” has not grown tired of apologizing to nearly every person who eats there is beyond me. If he/she spent that time at the store addressing the problems they might just improve things. Thx but I’ll skip the Super Bowl offer.
