Burger 21 is now KBBQ Fire, a Korean BBQ place. It was good! They also have burgers and a Philly cheese steak which I will try next.

I walked into Burger 21 thinking that I would get the namesake, a burger, but their Chicken Parm sandwich (#20) caught my eye. I asked the staff member working the counter about it and he said that it was a popular choice, so I went with it, as well as a side of fries. They have a sauce bar with ten different condiments ranging from the standard ketchup/mustard/barbeque to more unique ones like ragin' Cajun/toasted marshmallow/apple cider. Of course, some of these sauces are designed for their sweet potato fries, so trying them together could be an extra incentive to order them. I grabbed several sauces to try and after around 10 minutes, they brought my order out to my number. The sandwich was hot and had a decent flavor overall, but the tough texture and lower-quality of the chicken really threw it off. The fries were average, but the different dipping sauces did make them more enjoyable. While I wouldn't order another chicken sandwich here, I would consider coming back to try one of their burgers.

Best burger in Alpharetta imo. We've eaten here many times since this location opened and it has rapidly become the standard I measure all burger joints against. So far no one has topped it. Burger Fi has similar quality but a smaller burger. My personal favorite is the Haystack burger with bacon and guac - their bacon is delicious. The beef patty is quality all the way, no cardboard or filler taste to it, just delicious beef. Hubby has tried several other burgers on their menu and enjoyed them all. It's also quick, we've never had to wait for a table or overly long for the food to arrive and it's relatively quiet so you can actually have a conversation with your fellow diner(s), a nice change from your typical sports bar. Kids/teens love the sauce bar. My hubby would recommend expanding the beer selection but there's enough variety to keep him happy.

We have been customers for several years in Atlanta GA but food quality and quantity has been decreasing over time. Our last visit to the Alpharetta GA location was terrible. We have to wait for 45 minutes for our order and it was partially wrong. We missed our movie waiting for the food.

I loved the burgers and the fries here but I noticed they have now dramatically changed the portion of the fries. They used to put them inside a paper bag and now they put it inside a medium size cup like the picture below. The portion that was given before doesn't fit into that cup. If you go down to 5 reviews with the half & half fries picture that's the portion I used to get in the paper bag but not anymore. This is the main reason I was choosing to come here because of the generous portion of fries. :/

Not to happy with Burger 21 the hamburger was pretty good I'll give them that but $33 for 2 people that's like $8 over priced just because of its location and they were out of of a lot of different drinks plus I almost slipped and fell on a rug they laid down it wasn't properly secured and it slipped lucky I Have cat like reflexes so I was okay but someone older really could have hurt them self really bad. In my personal opinion it's worth trying if you are willing to pay way too much for a simple burger. But I want to be going back any time soon unless they lower there prices because the food is good but there are plenty of other burger joints in the area with better burgers at cheaper price points.

I was one of two customers in the restaurant at 5pm, the other had already received her food when I arrived, and it took this inept group of children almost 30 mins to cook a burger... impressive. The, I'm assuming, manager finally handed me my Togo bag after the young lady refused to come out of the back where the entire staff had been hiding for the duration of my wait, and I received a nonchalant apology and a pat on the back for the delay... lol TF is that?
Nice surprise! Yes, there are hundreds of burger places, some over rated. But this place is great. I got a good burger for a good price. You order at the counter. This could be an issue if there are a lot of people. The counter area is small. The menu is overhead. Easy to read. Lots of choices. I got the bacon cheesy burger. I was able to choose my cheese and temp. The burger was good. Nice size and cooked well. Enough bacon (secretly, I love bacon ) My husband got the beef chili cheese dog. No cheese. He enjoyed the chili because it was beanless. We shared the fry and onion half and half. Love the onion rings. Frys could be a little more crisper. Overall, we'll be back. You should give this place a try

Yummmmmm!!! Food is great here. It makes you feel like you're eating real food for once. Quality of the food is great. It's in a nice area as well. It's also kept very clean (bathrooms just as clean). My kids and I enjoyed it. Very kid friendly!

I came for lunch with coworkers. Those who ordered burgers were pleased although the portions were inconsistent. The Monteray chicken sandwich was good except the avocado was rotten. I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad. The avocado was rotten. It was supposed to come with avocado ranch dressing but was served with no dressing. The server attempted to bring fresh avocado and dressing however the new avocado was also rotten and the dressing was plain ranch. The server said all their avocados were rotten. There was no attempt to resolve the issue beyond this. I won't be going back. I gave a 3 only because my coworkers were pleased with their burgers.

Great place, excellent food quality and taste. Service was friendly and efficient. Burger and fries were excellent. Large, open dining room with a modern setting.

First burger they delivered was seriously substandard. 2nd try was better; shouldn't have to ask for a manager in a burger joint when there are less than 10 people in the restaurant! As I left the restaurant I slipped and fell on my a*** Not the best experience to say the least.
