So today I came through the drive-through at the Burger King right there at North Point. I had not had a burger in a while and was really having a craving for one. The service was exceptional. It was very quickly made hence the name fast food, but what I did not expect so much was this burger to be made so incredibly. I am a heavy All person so I asked for my burger heavy all and the shelf did his job. My burger is heavy. All my fries were hot and crispy. It was just an overall great experience, especially since I had not been for a while so I called the restaurant just to let them know how wonderful it was because people called to complain all the time but today I wanted to make sure that I compliment them and that’s why I’m writing this review

The coke was out in lobby I was told they were changing it out but 30mins later they still hadn’t I ask if they could just get me one from drive through nope it was out as well now it’s going on 45mins they done went on break came back still no coke

This location is a joke. I swear the make your food out of spite when you make changes. Asked for no pickles as I’m allergic and they loaded it with mustard and pickles, didn’t give me my fries and I waited for almost 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger that was made incorrectly. And it’s not just one time EVERYTIME I go here it’s wrong, how embarrassing. Yall need better mangers. I will not be coming back to this location. Get it together or go home.

My coworkers always tell me not to go to this Burger King, but despise me liking the food. I still support y’all the same manager that sits in them and window always gives you trouble especially when you exit for fresh food and they give you cold food and he gives you trouble because you want to make it fresh and hot. I went here twice and both times this manager has been so sorry and y’all leave him by himself every day, there’s no workers there. He’s going from the drive-through to the front a set in front of the intercom. He didn’t say anything for almost 10 minutes then when I said something he said, how may I help you as if he didn’t wanna take my order at all I’m a leave a bad review and I’m calling to leave that review because y’all need more service in this place trying to save money to not hire somebody is ridiculous.

I stopped going to this store because the food was hit or miss and the wait was horrible at lunch time. I came back after a 6 month hiatus and still no better- I’m missing items and no zesty sauce. What’s the problem? Short staffed? New staff? Management doesn’t care? There is seriously too much competition in that area for yall to continue with such poor performance.
This as good service, good vibes, and good food. Shout out to Payton for the good vibes.

I often eat lunch at the Burger King on Mansell Rd in Alpharetta. The shift manager is often Michelle. When she is on duty the place is spotless, my order prepared correctly, and the food hot. Moreover, the counter people seem to be nicer. I think it’s the best BK around. It’s OK when others are on duty, but I really feel Michelle makes a difference! Thanks for feeding me!

I went there to get breakfast after 8am and there was NO one answering over the intercom so I decided to get down and the doors were locked! NO workers were there. Unprofessional!
