Manger is a nasty ass old lady who will try to lecture you and if you don’t let her she’ll throw your food on the floor and refuse service just beware of asking for fresh fries

YOUNG ZUES

The score does not reflect my service today. I’ll be the first one to complain when things are bad, but I have to admit this is the only Burger King that I’ve been to in months where the person was very courteous did not rush me off the mic and then act like I was a problem because I was taking my term. I think that’s a value to value someone business to offer solutions in the help and Peyton was his name he did just that so I wanna make sure I put a glorious five stars on there for him because he sets the standards in customer service.

So nice to Dine-in at a basic fast food restaurant and not stand at an impersonal kiosk (like at MD's) and not pay $$$ (like at CfA). The nice woman at the counter was very pleasant in taking my order. And my Cheeseburger and onion rings were ready a short time later.

Ordered their bacon melt for the first time. Opened the wrapping to find out it looked nothing like the picture advertised and was much smaller than I thought it would be. Not worth the $5.38 and looked like a 5 year old made the sandwich. I feel duped…another poor experience at Burger King.

My mom likes the rodeo king, something I know hasn’t been in the system for a while but I’ve been told by the employees the best way to order it. I tried doing that, “bbq bacon king but add onion rings” and the woman got frustrated and I just said I want the rodeo king basically, and she repeated rodeo burger? I said the king the big one. When I got my stuff literally it was one patty three onion rings and so much sauce that it made such a mess. I went back and said this isn’t right I think it’s the smaller one there’s also no bacon or cheese, she just said “well this is the biggest patty we have that’s how it’s made” and I told her then it’s different than literally every single other bk I’ve ever gone too between here and Tennessee. She said “I’m not gonna argue back and forth with you” and I agree and wasn’t trying to start one it’s just that it was very confusing why it’s different here and no where else. I ended up not wanting to deal with it but am really disappointed now because it was for my mom. And she is picky and because it’s not made right I’m gonna get an ear full.
I get and I don’t. People are shitty, stand your ground but also do your job right the first time.

Yesterday I asked for BBQ sauce when I ordered and I didn't get it so I went up to ask for some. The manager starts ranting and I'm just starting at her waiting for her to hand me the sauce. Today I asked for cheese on my burger but I didn't check right away so I go back up and tell them. The manager comes out ranting again about the price so I'm just standing staring at her. Each time the workers told her that I asked her for the items but they didn't put it on my order. She accused me of having attitude and lying
