I stopped going to this store because the food was hit or miss and the wait was horrible at lunch time. I came back after a 6 month hiatus and still no better- I’m missing items and no zesty sauce. What’s the problem? Short staffed? New staff? Management doesn’t care? There is seriously too much competition in that area for yall to continue with such poor performance.

I often eat lunch at the Burger King on Mansell Rd in Alpharetta. The shift manager is often Michelle. When she is on duty the place is spotless, my order prepared correctly, and the food hot. Moreover, the counter people seem to be nicer. I think it’s the best BK around. It’s OK when others are on duty, but I really feel Michelle makes a difference! Thanks for feeding me!

I went there to get breakfast after 8am and there was NO one answering over the intercom so I decided to get down and the doors were locked! NO workers were there. Unprofessional!

Manger is a nasty ass old lady who will try to lecture you and if you don’t let her she’ll throw your food on the floor and refuse service just beware of asking for fresh fries

YOUNG ZUES

The score does not reflect my service today. I’ll be the first one to complain when things are bad, but I have to admit this is the only Burger King that I’ve been to in months where the person was very courteous did not rush me off the mic and then act like I was a problem because I was taking my term. I think that’s a value to value someone business to offer solutions in the help and Peyton was his name he did just that so I wanna make sure I put a glorious five stars on there for him because he sets the standards in customer service.

So nice to Dine-in at a basic fast food restaurant and not stand at an impersonal kiosk (like at MD's) and not pay $$$ (like at CfA). The nice woman at the counter was very pleasant in taking my order. And my Cheeseburger and onion rings were ready a short time later.

Ordered their bacon melt for the first time. Opened the wrapping to find out it looked nothing like the picture advertised and was much smaller than I thought it would be. Not worth the $5.38 and looked like a 5 year old made the sandwich. I feel duped…another poor experience at Burger King.
