So today I came through the drive-through at the Burger King right there at North Point. I had not had a burger in a while and was really having a craving for one. The service was exceptional. It was very quickly made hence the name fast food, but what I did not expect so much was this burger to be made so incredibly. I often eat lunch at the Burger King on Mansell Rd in Alpharetta. The shift manager is often Michelle. When she is on duty the place is spotless, my order prepared correctly, and the food hot. Moreover, the counter people seem to be nicer. I think it’s the best BK around. It’s OK when others are on duty, but I really feel Michelle makes a difference! Thanks for feeding me!
The score does not reflect my service today. I’ll be the first one to complain when things are bad, but I have to admit this is the only Burger King that I’ve been to in months where the person was very courteous did not rush me off the mic and then act like I was a problem because I was taking my term. I think that’s a value to value someone business to offer solutions in the help and Peyton was his name he did just that so I wanna make sure I put a glorious five stars...
