Not sure why google doesnt have option to give -ve rating.This store literally deserves and all way tries to get -ve. BK doesn't care, they get their share serving bad food. It took 20mins to get a fry in drive through.... The store associates are having lot attitude...Carry on... anyway you dont deserve to get any job based on your behavior and atleast you are trying to get this store to run out of business soon.

Corey and his team are fantastic. I ordered through UE late night and didn't have the best experience. I came in the next day with the order for proof. Corey and his Team were jet set and ready to make my experience RIGHT. THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you guys so much I am greatly appreciative of the wonderful customer service I received from Corey! No questions asked Phenomenal ! Will be back to this location! And still will order through UE. It’s nothing like having EXCELLENT. Thank you guys so much .

idk if it was just the times i went but service was terrible both times. it once took me close to an hour to get my food when my order contained 4 items and only 2 cars in front of me. while i was also ordering, the employee cut me off and finished my order before i could order my last item. even after waiting all that time, they still got my order wrong. went there one morning as well to grab something before work and somehow the wait was still long with no one there.
it really amazes me how a kitchen full of people are unable to work together to create a simple meal. normally, i don't ever write reviews but this place has never given me a good experience

This place has literally some of the worst fast food service you can find in this area. They take FOREVER almost every time and routinely get orders wrong after you pull up to wait.
I just waited 35 minutes because my order was given to someone else, then when I get my order I'm missing food and the fries were super hard and not edible. I have given them so many chances and have finally decided to never visit this location again

I normally do not eat fast food very often yet I was out running errands and got SO hungry, ; then I remembered there was a Burger King close by. It was an off hour, 1:50 ish p.m. There were two cars ahead of me. When it was my turn to order, the young man immediately apologized for the wait which was very little of a wait at all, yet I so appreciated the care. When I got to the window, he apologized again, I paid and then he asked me to pull forward and told me that he would bring it out. Again, SO polite! My Whopper was brought out very quickly, the order just right and again, the young man SO courteous! I thoroughly enjoyed my Whopper but was even more impressed by the service I received! Gives me hope for the future!
Parking: I'm originally from Texas ie flat. These hills still throw me yet this location made the best of the terrain.
Kid-friendliness: Willing to alter the usual and custom make it to suit anyone especially a kid!

This place has horrible quality whatever you do go anywhere else for food late at night. The food could be half of the price and it still wouldn’t be worth it. Had to throw everything away. The fries taste rotten and the fish was burnt and tasted as if it was about to expire.
Fiery Pepper-jack Chicken quality is too bad. Chicken covered half of the bread and it was American cheese, not a Pepper jack cheese. It was wastage of 5 people dinner. We needed to throw everything on garbage. I complained but sales person says that what they sale.

This BK has been around a long time. They get enough orders right I guess, a true champion in the area. Don't bother with the app, adding or removing anything is beyond the skillset of the staff here, let alone even getting anything remotely close to what you ordered. You will be asked to park at a cone with no one behind you so you cannot spectate the disaster that is their kitchen. I visit annually, a tradition it has become.

The customer service was awful overall. Not a friendly or professional vibe at all. The jr whopper was cold and sloppy. The kids wanted to order fiery chicken fries, but the server told us it was "discontinued" even though it was posted all over their menus on the wall. Owners need to revamp their staff.

Took 20 min, large sized fries and they gave me regular size then when they replaced it it was dumped in bag so they had to do it again. Whoppers were not fresh and had smell as if it was going bad, had 2 bite and me and my wifi both threw it away. Manager needs to be canned.
