I ordered the Impossible Burger—it was okay. I added everything and ended up getting extra cheese, which I’ve never done before. My sister suggested it because the last time I had it, the burger seemed a little dry.
I don’t eat it often, so I didn’t want the same experience again. The Impossible Burger still doesn’t taste quite the same to me, but that could just be personal preference. That said, adding everything (especially the extra toppings) definitely made a difference—it tasted much better this time.
Service was good, the fries were fresh, and overall I enjoyed it.

Amazing food, handled and crafted with love and compassion. Amazing customer service, when me and my friend went inside of Burger King to ask for a singular french fry (not a serving) thinking we would get denied, the lady handling our food named Dominique actually gave us the singular french fry with a smile on her face full of laughter and love. Thank you Dominique, I hope you get a raise.

If service could get zero stars, that would fit. Asked for a diet drink, got a regular. Asked for no ice, got ice. Took 10 minutes to place an order in drive thru (no line), took 10 minutes to get food. Fries were dry, cold. No receipt received.

The reason that I rated this lower is due to what I experienced.
When I arrived there were scraps of fries layed out that looked like they were there for a few hours. They were mixed with a few scaps of onion rings in the area were they are to be scooped up to put in a package.
I ordered fries, thinking they would clean up that area and make fresh batch, but instead they took those old scraps and served them to me. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt by hoping that maybe they would be better than what they seemed to be until I tasted the fries.... they were lukewarm, and tasted old, I ended up throwing them away.
Some of the workers were nice though, just a little distracted when I came in, it was later in the night so that maybe why. One was stuck on their phone, the other more than likely the manager came up just watching the server that took my order (after putting her phone down) and just stood right next to her, it felt uncomfortable to me so I know the worker felt uncomfortable too. So I didn't enjoy this experience.

I live in abbots square on davenport Ln I walk with my wife for exssure size from time to time around the burger king establisment sometimes in the morning as well some times at night before its to late the differance is night and day the bigger women and slimmer man in the morning are very polite and nice i belive they are the managers who do the day they are very kind to my family once we come in form our walks. When I go with my wife in the evenings always around 9 or 10 theres a strong smell of the Marijuana which makes me feel as the area is not safe addtionaly always people in the back or a black scary looking man coming out of a car with a lot of order of the Marijuana smell or walking from behind the dumpster with other people making me never wanting to come to this place or area at night. this small area at night is not a place no person should take a family I do not walk at evenigs anymore due to the cold weather as how many times I've seen this in the last few weeks. My children only are allowed in the morning or afternoon only if my wife or I am with them.
