Went to Burgerfi tonight to pick up my online order and walked out with two completely smashed burgers, I mean they look like they were stepped on. They look absolutely unappetizing, with wilted lettuce, soggy bread, and a greasy overcooked patty. I've been a customer since they opened but will never go back.

This is one of the best burgers you will eat. All of their food is top quality. I frequent this location and they are always so nice and helpful. The service is at least as amazing as the food. Get a custard milkshake and fresh fries and you won’t regret it. They even have gluten free buns that a good and are knowledgeable about food allergies and make it easy to make substitutions. I’m boast but this is the best burgerfi location.

Haven't been here in years, and it really tasted good for a change despite the fact that there was no cheese on my burger. It's not a burger without cheese. It waa a treat since I don't often eat burgers. Good fries. Not too greasy. Covered patio so we could still sit outside when it was drizzly.
Its good for an occasional meal to change things up. Burgers are decent but not that great. For close to $50 its two burgers, fries and shakes. Shakes are great fries and burgers are decent at best.

Burgerfi has changed over the past couple years. Our burgers were very sloppy. Buns were soft and not toasted. . No burgerfi symbol on the bun. I’ve tried to come back in hopes but still the same sloppy burger. Sad ?

Great burger. I love the atmosphere. The one thing I didn't like was the shake. It was missing that COLD factor and was kind of dense. I was told by my friend it's made from custard, so it has a different kind of taste/consistency... Not sure if that is true but that's what my friend said. We've already been back for more.
