Really disappointing. Burgers were good, juicy and tasty the first time we went. Today, the burger was bad, chicken sandwich tiny, the atmosphere lacking and less than ten guests at peak lunch hour.

The menu has options for everyone, beef, lamb, salmon, chicken, falafel patty, and the Impossible Burger. They have add ons such as fried egg, avocado, pineapple etc to jazz up your burger. I particularly appreciate the falafel patty. I'm not sure why more places don't go this route for vegetarian options. I have to admit this is the first time I've had falafel in the form of a patty on a bun. Definitely a decent bite. So what wasn't great? Prices. Way to expensive for what you get. While the food is ok, it's not out of this world. The fries have a unique shape but boring taste. Very small quantity as well. Beer was priced fairly at $5, but only two on tap. Probably more of a 3 1/2 star place, but in the Yelp world it's 3, A-OK, or 4, I'm a fan. Unfortunately I'll never be a fan of paying $20 for lunch when I can get a huge falafel wrap for $6, or a veggie burger with table service for the same or less right down the road.

First time visit to this restaurant. The dining area was clean and service was great. We ordered the spanish beef burger, the grilled chicken burger and a kid's meal. The burgers were cooked fresh and cooked perfectly. Service was also great...will Definitely be back...

We got a Coupon for the family box. Since the Chi-fil-a bowl game was on today thought it'd be a great thing during the game. Ordered half regular cheese burgers and half regular crispy chicken. I ordered myself my own double burgers of lamb burgers. Mine where sooo yummy. My kids and husband all very picky. They loved their burgers also. We where all pleasantly surprised. Also when I was in the restaurant ordering. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Great experience and service was phenomenal. VERY CLEAN felt everything here was kept on point. Food was cooked thoroughly and for once my burger came out like the picture I ordered. I tried many BurgerIM places in California and this one was my favorite place.

Ordered take out. The order was wrong. I got a plain burger instead of the classic. It was raw inside. The manager said to come back for two free burgers but when we returned the owner quested is as why we are getting two burgers and why. Made us feel like we were begging. It was Al's OP raw inside

Decided to grab a quick lunch here. Wasn't expecting much since it's a burger joint in Alpharetta. I was blown away by the customer service when I walked in. The food, the food, the food was AMAZING!!! I had the grilled chicken sandwhich with a fried egg and the fries with wings. I will definitely come back.

We were blown away by the variety and flavors of burgers. Spanish beef, lamb, and falafel to name a few. The owner talked to us and took special care of us too! I will definitely be back, especially for catering needs.

This burger place is amazing. I ordered the Spanish beef and crispy chicken sandwiches. The spanish beef is phenomenal. The food is cooked to perfection. The crispy chicken is superb. Not to mention the wait isn't bad. Just 8-10 minutes. And the service is like no other. The owners are super friendly.
Had the Spanish Beef burger. I was craving something spicy and this didn't disappoint. I've never been to one before, but this was certainly a tasty experience. The manager was helpful and polite, and the space itself is well maintained and clean. Loved it.

I came in looking for a meatless option and Freta helped recommend the best option for me. I tried the duo w the falafel burger and uncut burger (plant based) and a side of their fries. Delicious! Very flavorful and not super greasy like some burgers.

Surprisingly good! I was greeted and had my order taken by the owner, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the Duo, with one Uncut (veg option) burger (owner says they also have Impossible brand now) and a Falafel burger. The Falafel really impressed me! It had a wonderful texture, and was not too dense or greasy like many falafels i have had in the past. the patty was nice and crisp on the outside, with a fluffy, flavorful inside. The veggie burger was tasty as well. BurgerIM offers plenty of bun, cheese, and topping options to suit anybody's taste. The fries were light, airy and fun to eat. It seems like they are just rounds cut right off of a peeled potato, a refreshing take on your typical french fry. Overall, it seems like this restaurant has a lot of potential - from veggie options, house-marinated chicken, keto options, etc...they really have something for everyone (including wings, shakes, salads). I saw some negative reviews about wait time, but I think with time this place will streamline their service and improve the way which they are keeping track of who ordered what and getting it out quickly. I will definitely be back! Give this place a try :)

I LOVE their "fries!" I know, I know, it's a burger joint, but often times that side can make or break the meal, and theirs are great. They actually have a lamb burger which is awesome. Very juicy. Their BurgerIM sauce is pretty good too; I definitely prefer that over ketchup or mayonnaise. The prices aren't blown up because of the quality or quantity of food either.
