Wow! This place truly gave us the real taste of homely food. We ordered catering from Cake World on Saturday for my son’s birthday party. The food included Kerala Biriyani, butter chicken, ghee rice, and dessert— Payasam. All our family members and guests absolutely loved the food. It created great memories for us. We will definitely be back soon!

We came for lunch and the staff were very courteous. The food came out within few minutes and was delicious. We got multiple dishes and enjoyed all of them! The price is very reasonable and great service! Definitely worth trying!

I recently ordered the Veg Kizhi Parotta from Cake World. Although the vegetarian version wasn’t listed on their menu, the staff were very accommodating and agreed to customize it for us. I truly appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile and deliver what we requested — great customer service on that front.
The dish was packed well, and it was still hot by the time we reached home, which shows they take care with their preparation and packaging. However, when it came to the taste, it was a bit underwhelming. The flavors didn’t stand out, and overall the dish felt just okay rather than impressive.
While the customization and service were definitely positives, I feel there’s room for improvement in the seasoning and overall flavor profile of the Veg Kizhi Parotta. I hope they can refine the taste, because the effort they put into customer requests is genuinely commendable.

I am worried because i saw that Dhananjay was charged for a cake knife. (Later reimbursed?? )
I’ve been ordering cakes from this shop for both personal and office occasions. The cakes are always good, but today I was surprised to find that they charged extra for a plastic cake serving knife when someone picked up a cake worth over $35 for our office party. No other cake shops I’ve visited charge for the knife, so this was unexpected and a bit disappointing.
Edit (updated review): After I posted my review, the manager reached out and explained that there was a mistake—an employee had mistakenly treated the cake knife as a cake topper and charged for it. The manager was very courteous, refunded the cost, and assured me that cake serving knives are provided free to customers upon request.

Cake from cakeworld is a SCAM 😡😡 Ordered a full sheet. They charged me $300, and gave me a half sheet. Cake was tasty, but half box was just air.
And for clarity, I did NOT order 10pound as the store responded. I asked for a full sheet.
UPDATE : cake world called to apologise that it was THEIR MISTAKE and they got the order mixed. They want to reimburse they said.
