California Pizza Kitchen at Northpoint

The service is pathetic and food is decent. We waited 60 mins for incorrect food and both time it was equally incorrect. I am not sure who manages this place but close this place or get good staff.

The food is always really good here and the service is too. We did have a longer wait time but our server let us know and was giving us extra bread and being very helpful. We did not mind the wait because of her kindness. I had a sicilian pizza which tasted really yummy.

Horrible take out service, my husband arrived at the time scheduled. He waited 25 mins for our take out. When he got to the car to double check the food, it was cold as if it had been sitting out for the time he waited.

We will not be going to this location again.

Today we made a late afternoon visit for a late lunch, around 3:30pm. There weren’t many people there during this time. From the time we walked in, the host was talking to someone in the kitchen and waited a bit to greet us. Then we got a table, the seats and floors were filthy, the whole establishment was not clean at all. The window seals had cobwebs and dead bugs. Then my husband went to use the restroom and he said the bathrooms were nasty, pee all over the floor. After that we chose to not dine here. For a good establishment, this is just unacceptable. This looked liked months/weeks worth of buildup so cleanliness is obviously not a priority for this establishment. For those reasons, we will not be back.

Great California Pizza offers a delicious twist with their unique soup flavorful, warm, and perfectly seasoned. The pizza is equally impressive with fresh toppings and a crispy base. A satisfying combo that makes this place worth visiting for something different.❣️

This was our 1st time trying California Pizza Kitchen. We got a thin crust pizza. We could hardly take a bite through the crust. Maybe the regular crust is better. IDK & I doubt I ever find out.

We have been going to this CPK for years and it has generally been reliable. However, lately the food quality has slipped. Most recently, I ordered a tostada pizza for carry out. I arrived on time. My food was not ready, but when I did get it, the pizza was cold. This has happened the last several times. I hope they can turn it around because I used to love this place.

We had a great time at CFK. We ordered the California Club Pizza and the Thai salad… delicious! Our server Egan went above and beyond to make our visit extra special! We will be back soon.

Food was good. Portions of ingredients on pizza was lacking, but tasted okay. Service was excellent and it was not busy on a Monday evening.

I had a great experience at California Pizza Kitchen! The food was pretty good, and the atmosphere was really nice—relaxed but vibrant. What really made the visit special, though, was our server, Ella. She was absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She was always on top of everything, and we even bonded over our mutual love for Roblox, which added a fun personal touch to the evening. Ella truly went above and beyond, and I honestly think she deserves a promotion or some kind of recognition. She made the whole dining experience memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Every time I come here the food is amazing and the staff is so nice! You really can’t go wrong with any of the food but the Thai crunch salad is by far my favorite thing. Also love their chicken dumplings starter. We are always seated quickly and every server has been great.
