April 20th visit. At 7:37 pm the entire restaurant was empty. We asked if they were open. The hostess acted liked it was a complete bother for us to come in. We asked questions about the menu & she was horribly rude. She just kept responding a la carte to our questions. We understood a la carte. Our questions were about what side dishes they offered & how they were prepared. We completely understood why there wasn't a soul in the entire restaurant. Management should review the cameras & her interaction with customers. Great location for a restaurant
Sophie and Rowan were excellent! The grilled oysters (I had 3 orders) and shrimp were both amazing. I enjoyed the food and the service!
One of the best places I've eaten in a long time. The killer shrimp. Deviled eggs, Pork meatloaf. and Oxtail risotto were all prepared perfectly. Plus the server was extraordinary! We will be back.
OUR SERVER ROWEN ROCKED!!!!!!! Had reservations that friends made for4 at 11:30.When the doors opened we were greeted by a lovely young lady named Rowen. She ended up seating us and got us some water she was so laid back & down to earth and all of the Libations and food that she recommended were absolutely delicious. The That’s My Jam Bloody Mary to drink and to eat I had the Devils Eggs with crispy pancetta, caviar, Donut French Toast with three rum caramel & crème anglaise, the Crayfish Tacos, Mac & Cheese Chicken and Waffles, and the Bread Pudding! It was such a wonderful day meeting new friends and people watching the passerby all dress up as different Alice in wonderland characters that were walking all over Alpharetta, I even had my picture taken with the queen of hearts while she was waiting for friends at the bar. All in all this restaurant was five stars five thumbs up delicious and an amazing and our waitress Rowen best one yet! So call Carson’s Kitchen for reservations and ask for Rowen you will be glad you did!
Second time dining her for brunch and again stellar service and delicious food! The first time I came with my family. Typically, taking out smaller children is difficult, but this place had a very good vibe and made it easy to dine in with kids. The second time I came with all adults. To start, our server Rowen was extremely warm and provided excellent service. She had great knowledge of the drink menu and was able to provide fantastic recommendations. Even better, she didn’t let us go empty! The food was again stellar. The first time I had the chicken and mac and cheese waffle which was excellent. This time I went with crawfish tacos, donut french toast, and some of my husband’s shrimp and grits. Everything is so good the only way to enjoy it all is to order the dishes tapas style so you can try everything!Overall, this place is one of my favorites. I will certainly be back.
OMG!!!!! If I can give Carson’s Kitchen 1000 stars I would!!! The food is beyond amazing! Everything is shareable and when I tell you the Chef is invited to the cookout, he can definitely come! The photos don’t do it justice you must come try it for yourself!!! The ambiance and service is superb!!! Definitely coming back!
Fantastic food and service. Went in the other night for the first time, heard mixed things but decided to try it out. Met Rachel the Director of Ops she is such a sweetheart. She told us the chef came out from their Vegas location a few months back and they revamped the quality on the menu. Burger is phenomenal and the chicken sandwich has the perfect fried chicken crunch while still being juicy inside. The pork belly was delicious as well, but the carrots are a waste on the plate. Looking forward to going back for that soft shell crab sandwich next. Definitely check it out and order the chicken and burger. You won't be disappointed.
We recently visited Carson kitchen in Vegas. Everything was delicious!!! chicken sandwich, steak, mac and cheese, bacon jam app, bread pudding. All do delicious! super cool vibe, drinks and friendly staff. 5 stars for sure!
It was a beautiful day and downtown was packed with folks. Three of us strolled in for a late brunch without a reservation. No problem since we missed the earlier breakfast/brunch crowds. We had a nice table inside and we were promptly greeted by our server. We started with the Bacon Jam (which was more bacon than jam - definitely not complaining about that), the Crispy Chicken Skins (they were okay) and the Killer Shrimp (really good and just enough heat). Our entrees included the Beet Tartare (interesting if you are into beets), the Secret Sunday Chicken Sandwich (very tender) and the Shrimp and Grits (I wanted to lick my plate in public). Everything was seasoned and flavorful for the most part. We split a Bread Pudding for dessert (so-so compared to others IMO). The service was great, the place itself is nice and bright with outdoor seating as well. I would definitely come back again.
Food was great. They were short handed like everywhere these days. I deducted one star because overall cleanliness of the restaurant including the restrooms wasn’t great.

Excellent food & drinks! The service was very good as well. The chicken & waffle made out of mac & cheese was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend & will definitely go back to eat again! It is a savory dish not sweet for those expecting classic chicken & waffles. There is a reason this place is on the list for top brunch places in Alpharetta, it is very good.
Nice atmosphere, interesting menu and the food was very good for the most part. The halibut and bacon jam were tasty, the risotto average. Service was seriously lacking. None of my dishes were cleared and the appetizer arrived after the main course. When the bill arrived, I had to ask the server to clear the dishes. Again that's poor service. Unfortunately, not worth a return visit.
Everything was way over spiced. Poor menu selection. The server was friendly, the food was delivered in a timely manner.
We took a group of 25 seniors to an outing at Carson Kitchen and were met with one waitress and no management. Having water on the table, it took ten minutes just to get anyone to bring menus. The wine list gave one choice for every selection and a bottle of Sonoma Coast Chardonnay was $65.00, The bartender had no clue how to fix a Manhattan. The noise level was overwhelming. The menu was very limited with no specials, we had a hard time finding anything to eat. I got my salad after everyone had already eaten. This establishment relies on "Trendy", so it is not for everyone.
10/10 will absolutely return ! Made a reservation for brunch and picked what items we wanted to try on the menu and everything was so delicious ! Our server Nikki was amazing and catered to our every need. Very cute place, and the lazy Susan on the table just makes sense! If you’re looking for a great place for brunch or just in general definitely heck this place out!
