I’ve been coming to this place for a little over a year, and the food is always fresh, delicious, and exactly what I need to start my day. The crew is consistently friendly and fast, and even when it’s busy, there’s never really a wait because of how well the team works together. Shoutout to Jessica, who always brings the best energy no matter the time or day. She’s efficient, upbeat, and truly a leader with the way she supports her teammates.

If I could i give 0 stars for this place i would! This used to be a great place to eat, the food and atmosphere were great but now they have the worst customer service, and the food has been burnt and dry several times. Today, my daughter wanted to buy dinner for the two of us, and the girls working the front and register were rude to her and spoke very disrespectfully. They were rushing her, giving her disgusting looks. It's a shame that because of these kind of workers, I personally don't want to go there anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone! Not sure if this cava location is specifically looking to hire rude workers, but the service has gone tremendously bad. Do not go to the Alpharetta North point location unless you want your day ruined and food to be low quality.

They were out of a lot of stuff and didnt seem to want to restock it. When they said I would need to wait for steak, for 4 of my 6 meals they seemed annoyed. They kept serving others around us and the line kept moving. But they didnt appear to be thrilled. It was busy but messy too. The food was absolutely delicious and I'll go back to another location. This was our first time having it.

The food was fresh and hot and was delivered earlier than we anticipated, which was a great win for our meeting. Everything was seamless and our office will definitely order from Cava again!
