Ceviche Taqueria & Margarita Bar - Alpharetta

We love the food and drinks at Ceviche Taqueria & Margarita Bar - one of my absolute favorite places to have a margarita - BUT the service, especially if you are seated outdoors is absolutely terrible. If you want good service, you have to sit at the bar and ensure you are not dining on an evening where it is too crowded or Tuesday Trivia.

We were seated outside and while the other two tables next to use received chips, salsa, and drinks - we sat waiting to even be greeted by a server.

I had such an amazing experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service went above and beyond. But what really made the night unforgettable was the bartender, Gabby.

Gabby is truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled at her craft. She not only made the best mocktails I’ve had in a long time, but she also made us feel welcome and taken care of the entire evening. Her energy and personality lit up the bar, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests.

If you’re looking for a place with top-notch food, great vibes, and the BEST bartender around, this is it. Gabby is a star and a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came in to order to-go, when suddenly the manager, Thiago, struck up a conversation with me.
Long story short, I told him about how my son needed a kidney and he offered one of his own. We went to Northside Forsyth and discovered he was not a match but his generosity moved me and my entire family that we are forever regulars. We do not go to other locations, they’re not as good only because Thiago works here. He is a patron saint of Mexican food and humanity.
I highly recommend all my friends take the time to order a queso dip appetizer and taquitos from a restaurant where the Lord himself works.

All of the food was great! We had ceviche, elote, chorizo tacos, and kids taquitos. There was not a Mezcal margarita on the menu, but our server was quick to offer to make one anyway and it was great 👍 I wish I remembered the servers name so I could shout her out here

Cool Magrita bar and restaurant with very friendly staff and food was excellent. Dylan, our bar server, was very good. The restaurant needs a little HVAC upgrade.

This is one of my husband and I favorite places to eat. The food is good, and the servers are generally good. We tried going today, restaurant was empty except what looked to be three people at the bar and the bartender. We stood up front for ten minutes with the bartender never once looking over to see if anyone had come in. She looked too busy talking instead. Unsure if I want to return if someone can’t even pay attention to when patrons come in.

It's really not great

Food here has an overtone of "cooked, then forgotten about". Got mango chicken tacos last visit, and they were fine, but that's all. Chicken seemed like it had been sitting, then scooped. The taco suffered for that as well and the mayo dressing didn't work for me at all. The end result was more like a fish taco, which was off-putting. In general, my feeling is that this place needs to freshen up and tune in to the details
