Yummy food. Super fast service. The owner has a great energy and is very actively engaged with his customers and serving them exactly as they desire/require.Great for allergies. They can customize the meals to exclude eggs. Also great for vegan meals. They have tofu and veggie options for the entrees protein.Tasty place! I will be going back.

Very casual atmosphere and not many patrons on Saturday lunch time. Against my instinct, I tried both Pad Thai and Phat Kra (garlic stair fry with shrimp). Both came out quickly and looked good. However, Patrick Kra was too salty, and Pad Thai was one of worst in terms of the quality of noodle and meat (chicken). My wife took out chicken meats. I had to pay $1.09 for a cup of white rice. I regret to add a tip upfront. Not planning to return to this restaurant.

I've been a regular at Super Games in the same parking lot over the past year and finally JUST stopped into Chad Thai for the first time on Friday. I can't believe I haven't been here before - I was blown away by how great the chicken friend rice was - had to stop by again the next day for lunch. I'll definitely be back - this place is great!

High quality casual dining. I read someone else's review that suggested the prices were high and I strongly disagree. Their food is higher quality than many fine dining Thai restaurants I've been to, it's only the atmosphere that's casual. The food is totally worth the price and honestly I didn't even think it was expensive. Three of us ate for about $40. It reminded my husband and I a lot of restaurants in Europe. Casual dining there is almost always a higher quality than that of restaurants in the US. I recommend this place.

I order from here every couple of weeks. Food is always tasty and ready when they state it will be ready. One of their employees, sadly I don't know his name, recognizes me when I come for pick up so I don't have to wait if others are ordering. The curry, pad Thai, and fried rice are great. The appetizers are also spot on. The fact I can completely customize my meal on their site is a massive seller for me, and they actually pay attention to what you ask for.

Fresh, hot, customized for you - sometimes the 3 star spice level feels more like a 5 and one time the fried rice was just steamed jasmine rice with soy sauce randomly thrown in, but most times this hits the spot when we are craving (not authentic) Thai food

Food is good but there is no customer service. They lie and even threaten to call cops on customers who question. Been a customer of this place ever since they opened and have recommended several of my friends to this place. Here goes my long story. Had a take out order on New Year's Eve. Their online delivery service was not working today so had to order over the phone. When I placed the order, the lady took the order and never mentioned the price of my order nor when it would be ready and hung up. We usually get a lot of vegetables and used to be of no extra charge. When I went to pick up the order, the price seemed a lot higher than what I used to pay. Upon inquiring, I was told that if I ordered over 5 vegetables, there is an extra charge of 50cents per vegetable which wasn't informed to me when I had ordered. Usually the owner is in the place so I asked for the owner. Instead some kid showed up saying it's been like this for a long time and that prices went up due to Covid and then said this was changed 4 and half months ago ( which is not right since my last take out was September 25 and I have my online order receipt) then went onto give me 10% discount and that's the best he could do. I told him I was out of country for a while and just came back and had no knowledge of the change. I told him it was nowhere written about the price on their menu board. He said it's written all over the place and I asked him to show. He only showed me it was in his register nowhere else.I then insisted on talking to the owner. He claimed to be their son and immediately reacted nastily and threatened me that he would call the police if I did not leave in 2 minutes either without the food or pay for the food, take it and leave. That action was uncalled for. I asked for the owner's phone number to reach him which he refused. I unhappily paid for the food and then he threw the receipt on the floor in front of me.When I asked him what was about calling the cops, he said they are busy and don't have the time for my crap and that I was yelling at them.(I had my mask on) The food itself was fine. Thought it was more on spicy side for 3 star than usual. When I think of how they'd have made the customer happy, they could have offered to have the owner call me when he was available. I've talked to the owner chad and his wife before and they were nice people. I wanted to suggest the owner to fix their menu reflecting the extra charge for ingredients over 5 ., during the ordering process inform the customer how much the order costs, fix the online delivery system and not let their hot headed kid run their business to the ground. As much of a fan I was of this place, unfortunately they've lost me as a customer forever and will never recommend this place ever to anyone since they treat their customers so poorly.

To start, the food here is good. The portions are a bit small for the price compared to traditional Thai restaurants, but it's full of flavor. My issue was that we ordered Pad Thai and were served something that was more like a fried rice dish. When questioned, the staff responded that this was what we ordered and you must specify if you'd like the noodle dish to come with noodles instead of rice. It did not have the correct sauce either, so this was a mix up from the kitchen/counter. I don't much like wasting food and it was still good, so we kept the item. Just make sure they know what you're intending to order and that it's made right.

Food was very good, loved the "Thai Hot" heat on my ginger chicken stir-fry!Ambiance - VERY casual.A bit pricey $$$$ for the portion (mostly veggies and rice) but great flavors nonetheless!!I will try it again to see how my next epicurean visit goes.

This was my first visit to this place. My coworkers used to frequent this establishment and we tried it for a going away lunch for one of coworkers. The food was pretty good and it came out fairly quickly. I would definitely try this place again. If you like spicy, you'll want your heat level at least at a four.

We like this place. They maintain the standard. Yesterday tried their Thai hot and believe me it's hot.. so try it at your own risk

Food and service was extremely good. Plot was our first time eating at Chads and the food and flavor was extremely good! Nice size portions and very healthy. Service and staff was also very friendly. Easy parking and convenient location. This restaurant lets you customize what you want and the spice within it. You have tons of vegetable choices, meat choices and spice choices as well as a kids menu. We found the price to be good for Thai food. Normally Thai is a little over priced for what you get. Not here. You will be full when you leave.

Not your typical authentic Thai restaurant. This is more of an American/Thai fusion. With that being said their Pad Thai was good but didn’t taste that much like real Pad Thai. Same rice noodles, egg, and peanuts but not the same flavor. The pad see ew is my favorite Thai dish but definitely not here. Here the noodles they used were thin rice noodles used for pad Thai. That was disappointing bc I love the thicker rice noodles. I did like that I was able to add a great variety of vegetables in my noodles. The restaurant was nice and clean. I was kindly greeted by the workers. Overall, good Thai inspired food but don’t go in with the expectation that this is authentic Thai food.

Decent place. Like the fact that veggies are unlimited but massamam was a bit weak couldn't feel the coconut milk in it. The noodles dishes were good. Like the concept of mix and match veggies tofu like a Chipotle style place
