Ordered two #2 spicy deluxe meals in drive thru. When made it back to office, we had one correct and the other plan, missing all the veggies, cheese and bread. I called and spoke a team leader/manager. They stated they would add a free meal to the app by looking my name up. A day or two later, nothing has been added. Guess I need to stick to my normal location that is issue free going forward. Was our first and last time ordering from this location. Thanks

They usually get the items in my order right. They forgot a nugget meal and large fry. I called for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. I’m just disappointed in the service. They usually do a good job.

I recently had a least than favorable experience. I always do mobile delivery with my coworkers (as we are all already actively at work).
Items were missing from my breakfast deliver order, and the only thing that they can do is offer a redemption item in rewards. This does not solve the issue that a breakfast item was missing (leaving one person hungry) and that we would have to pay for delivery again. I attempted to call the business, but they did not pick up.
As a signature member, it was just truly disheartening that they would not have a driver come 5 minutes down the road to deliver the remaining items. I ALWAYS recommend this location to my friends and family, so it is truly disheartening.

Imagine your mouth watering for a nice hot chicken biscuit only to order and get ALL the way back to work only to find out you have the wrong order. This is NOT the first time. I’m over it and will not be returning back.
The staff there had no remorse just a oh that’s strange. I’ve been inconvenienced to many times here the staff needs to SLOW down. Last week it was pickles added I’m allergic to pickles so I couldn’t eat my sandwich. I won’t be back ! If I wanted McDonalds quality food and service I could go there.
