Visited during lunch. Lots of cars in the drive through but it flowed pretty quickly. The only issue I had was I ordered a large drink but they gave me a medium. They corrected it immediately though. Everyone working was friendly and presentable.
I don’t often give negative reviews, but of the several times I’ve been to this location I have yet to receive a complete order. It’s always something: my daughter’s Mac and Cheese, missing sauces, missing entree, something. The food we receive is always hot and fresh, but it’s so frustrating to not have our entire meal when we arrive home.

Almost 90% of the time I visit this location, they forget to include an item in my order. I’m not sure how this consistently happens, but it's a recurring issue here that I haven't experienced at any other Chick-fil-A.

Refused me service for not being 18 years old. (i’m 15) They had serviced multiple people I knew and go to school with right before me. I wasn’t being disrespectful when I got there and went straight to the order line. It’s a MALL on a FRIDAY NIGHT. Of course you’re going to have teenagers there know your target audience!! I ended up mobile ordering because for some reason I can order online just not in person?

Saw an employee come out the bathroom stall and rinsed his hands.not washed but rinsed and walked right back to the serving area.in fear of him touching my bag I decided to not eat there today.sorry

This was in the top 5 chickfila locations. The tall ceilings and open seating set it apart the moment you walked in. But when you looked closer the small details on the center bench seating start to stand out. Glossy tiles above the brown seating pad made the dinning experience more unique to other locations and more special. A small piece of deluxe dinning complementing your delicious sandwich. However recently the restaurant has taken to some remodeling. Remodels to increase the drive through production is normal for chickfilas across the country but the size decrease of this particular location has ruined the experience once offered entirely. I'm sure the change is more reasonable than I can understand, but regardless the experience is dampened and a trade off that has lead to the extreme decrease of my coming here due exclusively to lack of desire. Avalon Chickfila is nothing unique any more. Good job to the employees here however ! You guys work non stop and super efficiently.

I just didn’t like how they pack my fry with half of crumble waffle fry instead of full piece . And try to cover the top with few big piece to make it look like the waffle fry is full..

By far best experience I've ever had. My daughter who's autistic loves Chick-fil-A after ordering my daughter was enjoying her meal and C.j. came over and handed my daughter a bag which had a little cow that she really loves. It's people like this that really makes a difference in the restaurant industry. Give that man a raise he's the reason we will be coming back for sure.

The most disappointing CFA experience I've ever had. Either this is a mistake or they should consider changing their name back to the Dwarf house to represent the amount of food you get for the price. I'm afraid it wasn't a mistake because all 3 "filets" were the size of a large nugget. I understand inflation is out of control, so maybe introduce a value menu or somethingn instead? Servers were friendly at least.

They keep messing up my order every single time. Every time I go there, I order some stuff plus a large fries and they keep forgetting to put the fries on my order. I have to check every time.
