Went today for lunch and service was amazing ! I can’t think John Carson enough he was so polite and going above and beyond, cleaning tables, greeting incoming customers as well as checking on customers food after they received their order! He is a one of a kind employee! Definitely recommend this location!

Dirtiest CFA I've ever stepped foot in. Nearly all tables dirty, floors dirty.. Bathroom was dirty and garbage overflowing. Employees standing around when they should be wiping tables. This location needs work.

We were forced to eat here while the chick fi la on Windward parkway was closed for renovations. As usual, Old Milton gives out old, dry, overcooked sandwiches. I couldn't even bite through the sandwich because it was so hard.

Went during lunch on a work day. A bit crowded but was able to park and dine in. Not sure how long the drive through wait was but the line was noticeably long. The inside wait to order was maybe 5 minutes max and the food came out within another 5 minutes max too. Given the busyness of the place at that time I'd say service was pretty quick. It does get and feel a bit packed hence the small knock on atmosphere but overall a very pleasant experience.
Fanciest built Chick-fil-A i have seen and visited being in Avalon. Usual great service but super busy and even though bigger than most other Chick-fil-A restaurants because of location. Food was ok. Sandwich ordered is their main known chicken sandwich but a deluxe w lettuce. What was received was a haberdashed sandwich w a twig of lettuce and pickle smaller than a dime. So its obvious food prep is being rushed past quality control here. Go to the one near North Point mall or in the mall itself and you'll get a properly built quality sandwich. Again, staff usual great service. They need their people to slow down a bit for quality not speed.

Spacious and clean restaurant located in Avalon. We visited this restaurant on Saturday evening and it was crowded. Staff is super cool in handling the rush, and delicious food was delivered in quick time. Appreciate customer service.
