I came through the drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A a few days ago...... I frequent this Chick-fil-A quite often but when I came a few days ago as the person finished taking my order he looked at me and asked if he could pray for me...... I don't know if he knew that I was going through a lot in my life at that time but the fact that he asked to pray for me was so amazing...... I definitely am going through a very difficult time right now and his offer to pray for me was truly remarkable and so very appreciated and definitely needed....... I wish that I could remember his name but I can't....... I just wanted to let you guys know that whoever that employee was he was an angel sent to me at that time and I am forever grateful for that young man...

As soon as I went in, I was almost at the register so there was no wait. And then once I did talk to the cashier. They were just exuberant with joy which made my day.

Luke Versaggi served me so well it was amazing, I want to come back just to talk to him and try those amazing nuggs he gave me again! I’m going to introduce him to my daughter soon because we need someone like him with us at thanksgiving, and we need those nuggets. 5 BIG BOOMS FOR LUKE VERSAGGI. EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!!!!

This location has fell off so bad. You absolutely have to check your bag before driving off because they almost always forget something from your order now every single time. One time they even forgot my CHICKEN on my Cobb salad. Today it was my fries with my MEAL. Other times it’s my sauces. My sides. My ice cream. It’s just always something each time I come here. That’s not considered a mistake anymore, that’s just poor customer service all around. They don’t know how to make a correct Sunjoy anymore. Im over them.
I was just charges 25 cents for cheese that was not put on my Cobb salad. Never again will I come to this location.

This a review for the Santa event they had this evening.
First of all, the staff here is wonderful. I just have to say that before I say anything else. They are friendly and helpful. Also, it is very nice that they hold events at this location. I hope they continue to do them, but maybe with few changes or tweaks.
We had the second Santa seating at 7:00. Do not book this time for their events. It felt extremely rushed and not enjoyable. They should maybe consider earlier times (starting at 4:30 and having a 6:00 pm seating).
They ran out of the craft (an ornament the kids could make). Several kids were disappointed. I think when you pay for this experience they should make sure they have enough for the tickets sold. Maybe give each child their craft kit at the door? This to ensure everyone gets one.
Santa was not very nice at all. He did not even say “Hi” to my kids. Just “ Sit here and put that down. Move out of the way (to me).” That was it. The entire moment right there. I would never choose to take my children to see him again. I’m so glad we saw a much nicer Santa earlier in the season.
The chickfila Santa cow was ushered through quickly and did not stop for any photos. If he is not going to stop at tables or stop for photos, then they should set-up a small photo back drop for him and park him there. Maybe on the way in? Again, several kids were disappointed.
Lastly, they should encourage everyone to do the activities before they sit down to eat. Anyone in the later seating who sat down and ate before doing them missed out.
The positives: Again, the staff is very nice. They run a great restaurant here. That’s why I cannot give them less than four stars.
The peppermint cookie sundae was great!
I hope they will continue doing events and just fine tune them a bit. Thank you, for offering them.
