The service was wonderful. I did mention it to someone how dirty the playground was here and they promised me they would be on it and take care of it.
Updated. They cleaned up the play place so nicely. Much better.

I tried ordering in the mobile line using their QR code, but it didn’t work. I downloaded the app, which also failed by the time I reached the front. When I explained this, the manager told me to pull back around—meaning I’d lose my spot behind four cars and wait another 15+ minutes. Her attitude was dismissive, saying only, ā€œWell, there are customers waiting for their food.ā€ Instead of offering a simple solution like helping me on the side, I was pushed to the back of the line. As someone who comes to this plaza 3–5 days a week for my son’s karate classes, you lost a customer. I’d rather take my kid to Snooks grill.

I forgot to ask for no bacon on my order, so I went back and explained that the whole sandwich needed to be remade because I can’t eat anything that touches bacon. They said okay, but instead of making a new one, they just gave me back the same sandwich. This was very unprofessional, and the customer service was rude on top of that.

The service is good and the atmosphere is good, but the bathroom and indoor playground needed a little cleaning.

The stairs of the indoor playground were a little high, so it was difficult for small children to go up alone.
