I ordered a plain chicken sandwich at the drive thur. When, I recieved the chicken sandwich it wasn't hot at all. I complained about the sandwich, cashier give it back to the cook in return back to me, it shill wasnt hot. I park my car went in restaurant ask mgr. Thomas for a refund, since i paid cash at the drive thru. He told me he wasnt allowed to give cash fund or refund since I drove off, but then told me instead would refund back on another form of payment instead of cash or give me back the not hot chicken sandwich. Mgr. Thomas should be retrained or have other management around to handle certain situations in customer service. Won't be back! Lost me as a customer. WORST LOCATION!

Always something goes wrong with this location (Alpharetta Commons - States bridge Rd.) and today the waffle fries are off! As if they were double fried or something. Hard to explain Maybe the oil was old or not hot enough? Terrible!

Miss Courtney did a great job taking my dine-in order at the counter. The drive thru was very busy with the morning rush, but she delivered my order almost before I sat down. Super fast service and the chicken biscuit and hash browns were hot, fresh, and delicious.
