Simply due to the refill issue I had. You can't fill up the cup with ice, and when I go in to ask to make it right I'm told they don't offer refill if you go through the drive thru. That's fine, then stop filling the cups up with so much ice.

Consistently awesome. This is our regular Chick-Fil-A, and they're always super kind, accurate, and quick. We always go for lunch or dinner so I cant comment on breakfast quality/service, but when we pick up our food, they're spot on. The new mobile lane makes pickup even easier and quicker - only a handful of times I've seen a small delay in the line due to user error, but there are clear signs for which line is which.
this is highly unacceptable i’ve ordered a chicken biscuit just for it to be a topless chicken biscuit. This isn’t the only time they’ve done this as well this location has to do better.

i went here like 5 minutes before they closed after going to the gym & it was so good ! the sandwich was so fresh & hot & like they took their time preparing it even though i got there late. as always the staff was kind and while i was sitting in my car eating i saw them let somebody order a little after 10 as well which was really nice. this is also one of the only chick fil as that actually has good mac and cheese. my new fav in alpharetta ?

They have trouble understanding orders. Like when I clearly asked for no pickles and add chesse. I get extra pickles and no cheese. I get home with a ruined chicken sandwich because it's soaked in pickle juice. Not the first time. This particular store is aweful. Either Try to go to a different chic fil a store or yell your order at them repeatedly. Almost felt like they are trying to mess up the order. They can't count to 3.
