I placed an order through the mobile app and when I forgot to scan it and pulled up to the window, they made me pull all the way around again because it wasn’t ready. I pulled ahead and the minute I did that I got the notification that my order was ready. It was ridiculous. It was a cold salad that all they had to do was pull out of the refrigerator and they just kept saying it’s the rule you have to pull around.
Welcoming staff and excellent service. Never disappoints.

What you must know is that your employee Destinee is so important to our Chick-fil-A experience. She remembered my 8yo sons name. She is always hardworking and humble. Please make sure she knows we appreciate that. The cashier Layla was also super nice, but we have seen Destinee more often, and she is always happy and kind. I think she has leadership potential because of her positive attitude. A true breath of fresh air, even for top-notch Chick-fil-A customer service. Thank you for making this location a great destination.

Slowest Chick Fil A in America and ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG before pulling off. The comprehension level and following simple orders are NOT done at this location. Today had I not checked my bag, I wouldn’t have had my M fry that I ordered. Then when I said to them that I was still waiting on my fry, the boy in the blue at the drive through today questioned me if it was in my bag as if I was lying…! Boy, if I just asked you for it, what do you think? And his attitude was VERY unpleasant..! I wish I thought to get his name but usually the customer service is very friendly here especially in the mornings but they are just terribly slow and again, they mess up your order or give u very small portions like not filling your ice cream up, not filling the salad plates up, not filling the fry cups up and sometimes even the drinks. This location seriously needs a reset and training, it is way below the standards for Chick Fil A.. I have never been to one like it! I’m completely done with this location after the many chances I’ve given it and it’s sad because it’s literally right behind my house. It’s worth it to pass it and go to another location to get what you ordered, fulfilling portions, and FAST drive thru wait. I always do mobile order and I STILL have to wait forever for my order.

Absolutely slowest drive through. You'd get food faster driving to another chick fila

Please MOVE The menu to the beginning of the drive-thru, not at the end .
Also, since one cannot see the menu and we rely on the workers to tell us what's in the order. Do NOT put cheese on anything, add it separately like you do nuts and dressing.
