I'll ignore the fact that everyone seemed annoyed to be there and get to my point. If you don't have an ingredient that is included in the food, it's TERRIBLE service to make the food without it and not inform the customer. If I order a Cobb salad, when I get home I anticipate eggs to be in it. Food costs too much for customers to not get what we pay for.

I ordered from this location in the mall yesterday at 7:27pm a spicy chx / w cheese meal. They had the order done in like 2 min. I never saw anyone cook or prepare, my sandwich tasted like it had been there for a while, my fires were brown and cold , the whole meal tasted like it was in a heated warmer not fresh at all, and no cheese on my sandwich which i paid for. So so so disappointing! I have never experienced this at a chik fil a.

This is the worst chick-fil-a I’ve been to as far as food service! The three times I’ve been to this location, my food has ALWAYS been cold. I’ve had breakfast twice and lunch one time. Today, I ordered French fries due to me not wanting to try anything else, and unfortunately they were old and cold! I really enjoy this franchise but for this particular location, I’ll never go back. Not even for water! Not to mention, their service is really slow. I don’t mind waiting for my food but at least let it be hot and fresh!
