Not sure why I'm leaving this review since it's clear since Truett Cathy died, customer service and training at CFA has gone downhill, contacting customer service has become difficult and prices have increased at least 20%. This location is poorly managed and owned, at 7:34 pm they can't even update their hours on Yelp! (See photos) Ordered a chicken sandwich, large soup, extra crackers, a large Diet Coke and a brownie. Servers placed it all in a small bag causing it to be overstuffed and the soup lid was not even properly closed, causing bag to tear and spill out in my car. They forgot a spoon and the brownie and when I pulled up to window, they threw the brownie alone in a large plastic bag, showing poor training, no common sense. The Brownie was frozen solid, so now I know they aren't even baked fresh! I've been a regular customer for years and never complained although 7 out of 10 times they've gotten my orders wrong. Boycott this location until corporate plus the franchise or manages it to the CFA standard.

I ordered from this location in the mall yesterday at 7:27pm a spicy chx / w cheese meal. They had the order done in like 2 min. I never saw anyone cook or prepare, my sandwich tasted like it had been there for a while, my fires were brown and cold , the whole meal tasted like it was in a heated warmer not fresh at all, and no cheese on my sandwich which i paid for. So so so disappointing! I have never experienced this at a chik fil a.

This is the worst chick-fil-a I’ve been to as far as food service! The three times I’ve been to this location, my food has ALWAYS been cold. I’ve had breakfast twice and lunch one time. Today, I ordered French fries due to me not wanting to try anything else, and unfortunately they were old and cold! I really enjoy this franchise but for this particular location, I’ll never go back. Not even for water! Not to mention, their service is really slow. I don’t mind waiting for my food but at least let it be hot and fresh!

Today I went to get some lunch with my sister, when we got our sandwiches,our chicken was pink and way undercooked. We ended up just eating our fries.
As soon as I walked into Chick-fil-A, I was greeted by a friendly team member who took my order with a smile. They patiently answered all of my questions about the menu and helped me make a decision.While I waited for my food, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The ambiance was pleasant and welcoming, with soft music playing in the background.When my food arrived, it was fresh, hot, and delicious. I enjoyed every bite of my sandwich and waffle fries, and the sweet tea was perfectly brewed.Throughout my visit, the team members checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed and that my experience was satisfactory. They even offered me a refill on my drink before I left.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A. The friendly team members, clean and inviting atmosphere, and delicious food made it a memorable visit.Kid-friendliness: Chick-fil-A is known for being kid-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere and menu items that appeal to children.
