Nothing is good about the 228 store. unless its just kids not knowing how to take orders or make food, I said No tomato, and well done meaning crispy. fries was cold, chicken wasn't crispy it was wet and soggy. ill never go there again..for what you pay you would think they get it right.

I recently tried to place a catering order...I went in and spoke to manager. I shared what I want to order, but was concerned that it would get cold before I wanted to serve it. He advised they could provide warming pouches and it would not be a problem. Great, I thought. I was placing my order and there was no place to put any comments, so I called to reconfirm. Spoke with Kevin, the owner of that particular location. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. He yelled at me. How dare I ask for something ro keep my chicken warm on a weekend, when he was busy. The warmers didn't grow on trees, were expensive and were only for those people that placed their orders thru a delivery service My almost $500 "pickup" order was not going to get a warmer. Not to mention he yelled at me for holding my order "hostage". The owner, Kevin, was not only rude and disrespectful, but condescending too. Kevin advised he would call back within 24 hours (he didn't). A few days later when he did reach back out to me, to say no again, there was no apology for his attitude or actions, just his rudeness. I have shared my story with several people (and will continue to share it) I have been told by many, "oh, yes, that location is terrible." NEVER will return there again.

I ordered 3 #1's in Bremen GA and only got 1 order of fries. it's too far to go back for fries.
Your Cedar Rapids stores are awful. Especially Westdale. The new ownership ruined this location. Also, apparently you fire volunteer responders now? That's just gross.

Chick-fil-a New Bern saved my party yesterday. I arrived 30 minutes before the party only to realize my catering order never went through on the app. Needed a large tray of 200 nuggets at 12:30 lunchtime on a Saturday. They had it ready in 10 minutes and provided extra sauces. I will forever be grateful to this location! They saved my sons birthday party!

love your original Chick-fil-A sandwiches and the diet lemonades but PLEASE, stop messing with your waffle fries!! They were loved as they were for years but someone decided to mess with them and now they are terrible. were our favorite fries 😡
