I recently tried to place a catering order...I went in and spoke to manager. I shared what I want to order, but was concerned that it would get cold before I wanted to serve it. He advised they could provide warming pouches and it would not be a problem. Great, I thought. I was placing my order and there was no place to put any comments, so I called to reconfirm. Spoke with Kevin, the owner of that particular location. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. He yelled at me. How dare I ask for something ro keep my chicken warm on a weekend, when he was busy. The warmers didn't grow on trees, were expensive and were only for those people that placed their orders thru a delivery service My almost $500 "pickup" order was not going to get a warmer. Not to mention he yelled at me for holding my order "hostage". The owner, Kevin, was not only rude and disrespectful, but condescending too. Kevin advised he would call back within 24 hours (he didn't). A few days later when he did reach back out to me, to say no again, there was no apology for his attitude or actions, just his rudeness. I have shared my story with several people (and will continue to share it) I have been told by many, "oh, yes, that location is terrible." NEVER will return there again.

I ordered 3 #1's in Bremen GA and only got 1 order of fries. it's too far to go back for fries.
Your Cedar Rapids stores are awful. Especially Westdale. The new ownership ruined this location. Also, apparently you fire volunteer responders now? That's just gross.

Chick-fil-a New Bern saved my party yesterday. I arrived 30 minutes before the party only to realize my catering order never went through on the app. Needed a large tray of 200 nuggets at 12:30 lunchtime on a Saturday. They had it ready in 10 minutes and provided extra sauces. I will forever be grateful to this location! They saved my sons birthday party!

love your original Chick-fil-A sandwiches and the diet lemonades but PLEASE, stop messing with your waffle fries!! They were loved as they were for years but someone decided to mess with them and now they are terrible. were our favorite fries 😡
Best chick fila in the area!! SO nice to have a great ck fila nearby! We ate inside today and it was so quiet, which was awesome. They were fast with getting our food out(ordered via mobile for dine in) and the order was hot and everything accurate. I love that ck fila finally added a separate line in the drive thru for mobile orders! I always thought it made zero sense to have to sit in the drive thru and wait while others place their orders, making ordering ahead pointless. Great thinking! This will be our preferred location!

What a mess. If it didn’t say Chick-fil-A out front I wouldn’t believe it. Glacially slow service. Poorly designed drive-thru from a company that knows better. I tried dine-in and it was even worse. With absolutely no one in line in front of me and the restaurant more than half empty, it’s still took them more than 10 minutes to make a basic Chick-fil-A sandwich and fries. That’s unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. They don’t even give you the drink in advance like they do at other Chick-fil-A locations. So you just have to sit at an empty table with nothing in front of you for 10 minutes to get a number one and a drink. Corporate needs to come out and fix this location.

I understand that it’s a newly opened restaurant and there are hiccups that occur, but this Chick-fil-a is by far the worst Chick-fil-a I have visited. The service is below the standards of any other Chick-fil-a’s in the area. The “new mobile” drive thru lane is terribly organized and slow. Often times, customers will receive orders out of order, which means a driver at the beginning of the lane will hold up the other customers who receive their orders prior to the customer at the front of the lane. The location was poorly researched as it is difficult to get to and the parking lot is extremely small and difficult to even find vacant spots. The company should not have signed off on this physical location. The food is frankly not good. Whether the chicken nuggets are burnt (or too much breading), fries are overcooked or burnt (i.e., the fryer oil needs to be replaced), the ketchup packets are somehow spoiled, or the orders are completely wrong or missing items, there consistently seems to be something wrong with every order. Avoid this location. I’ve given this spot too many chances and I’m sick of dealing with it. It’s a shame because I was excited about this location opening, but disappointed. Apparently, a Five Guys is opening up next door too. Why? There are better and more affordable burger places at the Halcyon. Why spend $25 for a subpar burger? Halcyon developers continue to make poor decisions. I look forward to the Gathering opening up down the street that will take business away from Halcyon.
