I wanted to get a small waffle fry before I started work. At Chick-fil-A off McFarland parkway Alpharetta. I thought it would be a simple process. I was just a few minutes early before lunch so I decided to go inside and not do drive-thru. The girl in drive-thru was not the friendliest. And then I get inside. It seems like it was a problem for me just to order a small fry. I didn't want a whole meal. She tried to treat me like a charity case and I told her I feel funny you making such a big deal. I've been going to Chick-fil-A for years for breakfast almost everyday. This is the first time the customer service was awful.

I recently visited the Chick-fil-A at Halcyon and was very disappointed with my experience. I purchased three meals with large fries, but one of the large fries was missing from my order. On top of that, I was not given straws for my three drinks.

The wait to receive my food was already unusually long, and when I returned to the restaurant to have the issue corrected, the staff again took a long time to assist me. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has left me feeling dissatisfied and unwilling to return to this branch.

I’ve always considered myself a loyal and respectful customer, but the service here did not reflect the standard I expect from Chick-fil-A. This location at Halcyon does not compare to the one on Windward Parkway, where I’ve consistently had much better experiences.

I placed a mobile order, drove to CFA and returned home within 20 minutes. The staff were very friendly and the food was ready to go. I observed they had 2 associates and a manager on the window running the food out and 2 associates on the inside putting it together. Everything was hot, fresh and made correctly.

The food and shakes were delicious as always. Love this location. ❤️

Have been going to Chick fil A for over 30 years, and have noticed the steady decline of the customer service. Come through the ‘mobile line’ and told I can’t add anything to my order unless I go to the window. No problem. Ask for a few additional items (ice water and a few sauces), after which I’m asked ‘do you already have those sauces (in the bag)?’ Answered no, then I’m told ‘well the first two are only free’, as if I’m being scolded.

Considering everyone is paying a 500% markup on chicken that has degraded in quality over the years, are you really training employees to nickel and dime customers over an extra sauce? What a joke.

0/7 since May 2024. Not one visit has been issue-free. Service across the board is terrible. I've spoken to both manager & proprietor on two separate occasions. Very friendly conversations but nothing changes. Nothing. Incorrect orders & painfully slow service. Orders have been in-person (dine-in & drive-thru) and ordered via app. I did not write any reviews because this is a newer store, however enough is enough.

7 visits, simple orders, all 7 miscues for one reason or another. This visit -12/2- the order was correct, the drive-thru service was slow, but when we opened the bag of Waffle Potato Chips they were all stale. All chips were chewy, not crisp. Nasty.

This franchisee must not care much with a built in brand name but hopefully Chil Fil A corporate reads this. No more business from this Chik Fil A One Signature Member.
