Drove this morning to this location to grab breakfast for myself and kids. Came back home and opened my order, got a burnt muffin with egg. It’s literally black. See the picture attached. Train your staff better and stop serving people burnt food. Will not waste my time and money here again.

For possibly the 2nd time in my life, I was able to go through a Chick-fil-A drive thru in less than 5 minutes. If the food wasn't so daggum awesome, I probably wouldn't go near as much. But I always schedule 20-30 minutes when that craving hits

We recently had Chick-fil-A at Halcyon cater a small company event, and honestly we couldn’t have been more pleased. We fed 17 employees with just one of their small catering trays, and everyone loved it.

Karen Higuera helped us every step of the way and made the entire ordering process completely smooth and stress free. Customer service like that definitely stands out.

Thanks again, Karen we’ll absolutely be using you guys again moving forward!

My food tasted good as always. I had a bit of a long wait but it was during the big winter storm so I didn't expect things to be as quick as usual. I was given a coupon for a free sandwich because of the wait which was very nice.

Unfortunately when I was eating my meal, there was something in my fries that I kept chewing and it didn't seem to be feeling like the food was supposed to. I picked it out of my teeth and there was a small piece of plastic I realized I had been chewing on that must've been in the fries.

My dad said he had a bite earlier that seemed like something tough was in it but he just swallowed it.

I've been to Chick-fil-A probably 500 times and this is the first time I've had an issue like this, so I won't hold it against them, but posting for their managerial awareness to pay closer attention to food safety.

Every time i go here i order a PLAIN chicken sandwich and i always make sure to add “no pickles” because i hate pickles. They are disgusting and they soak into the bread a chicken. Moving on, when i order my food and i go home to eat it my sandwich the last FIVE times have had pickles on them. I always ask TWICE for no pickles. Please stop putting pickles on my sandwich bcs then i can no longer eat my sandwich.

Just left this establishment customer service was okay but the food was horrible I wish I had took a picture of it got a breakfast bowl was not hot and fresh and was very skimpy I will because the manager to this establishment to ask what happened.

Ordered lunch online and mine and my coworkers order were completely wrong. When attempting to contact through the app to help make it right, I was given a free sandwich and no other attempt was made to help resolve me having food I did not want today. This is the second time this location has not lived up to the normal “Chick-fil-A” standards. Highly disappointed
