Looove the food but the wait to get your food is getting worse. Really hope they hire some help bc the workers are overworked, all while keeping a smile. Def appreciate that

Ordered a pick up order, the lady at the front desk did not even say hi to me and just looked at me and rolled her eyes. Finally, she said that I can talk to the guy that’s taking the order of somebody else if I wanted my food.

Food is really good, but this location is beyond slow at lunch during the week. I'm watching many employees just standing around and working at a very slow pace. They need to ramp things up and maybe bring in a better manager!!

I love chicken salad chick. The croissant was really hard & my sandwich was a little dry. I requested for xtra mayo. Could have been packs or anything.
Fancy Nancy is what I ordered.
The potato soup was great as usual.
No one greeted me, it was late evening and I had a online pickup order.

I just went to pick up a to go order and had multiple people tell me, multiple times, they didn’t have my order. Just to find out it was sitting on the counter and they just weren’t looking. Please tell your employees to pay more attention.

Service for order placed through the app is lacking, big time. Placed order at 12:04; received confirmation order would be ready at 12:14. I’m still sitting here waiting at 12:38, along with about 15 more people. They cannot accommodate a lunch rush. Food is typically great, but we’ll see if that has suffered, too.
Edit: Kudos to CSC management for the quick response in making this right. I look forward to giving you another try. And, FWIW, the quality of food did not suffer. The portion size of the sides & scoop may have been less than typical. I'll report back on that.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering through a delivery service. Ordered $60 worth of chicken salad and got 10 crackers.

My mom bought chicken salad from this location didn’t give her crackers when she asked they responded that they are running “low” not that they were out of them just running low so why not give any to your paying customers until you run out.. other times she’s told me workers aren’t helpful. She frequents this location since it’s close to us but honestly with the lack of customer service not sure it’s worth the troubles.

I have been going to this location for several years now. It used to be great but has gone downhill as of late. Ordered online, and showed up at scheduled time. I was informed it was not ready yet so I figured "OK a couple minutes". Those couple minutes turned into another 20 before I finally got my order with it sounding like they forgot about me. I also overheard them telling a lot of people ordering in a very long slow moving line that they were out of a lot of the flavors.

I can't tell you the details of the tastes of the pimento cheese sandwich because I devoured it in about three seconds.
But it was by far the best pimento cheese sandwich I've had in my life.

Just tried to pay with a $100 bill and was told we don’t take them . I was at the same location yesterday when they opened and was told they didn’t have enough change to break a $100 bill . A manager agreed with the cashier wouldn’t take my money
