GREAT STAFF This locations service was AMAZING YALL! Our server was attentive and kind, and the manager was SO sweet checking in on us, even holding the door in the way out chatting with us. I know it’s a chain but, they made us feel so welcome here as it was our first time in ATL. Great staff at this Alpharetta location.

They food is always great, however they need to bring back the Asiago ranch it was my favorite! I vacuumed up my food so quick I forgot to take a posture. The music was great and it’s honestly a vibe. My server was also kind. Chilis holds a special place in my heart.

Our server Dom was EVERYTHING!!! Totally amazing . He provided the level of customer service every patron hopes for. The steak omg my steak was seasoned to perfection. Had so much flavor lord have mercy. Normally I don’t order steak but wanted something different. So glad I went with the first instinct. Everything was hot and fresh. We got full fast. Highly recommend this location.

I told the lady at the counter my name to pick up my order. She looked at one to-go order of many and disappeared into the back. It was another 10 minutes of standing there before someone else asked me my name again. My order was sitting behind the counter the whole time. Very unprofessional staff. They didn’t greet me when I came in they were laughing to eachother discussing who how they would share the ubereats order that didn’t get picked up.

We drove all the way there only to sit waiting over 20mins then the male bartender came over apologized for us not being attended to and said he would. Took our drink order which we appreciated as we were thirsty but he didn't come back. So we just left because we were quite hungry and wanted to get something to eat before everywhere else was closed. Disappointed certainly but would rather support a business that appreciates our patronage. It wasn't even that busy.

The steaks were cooked correctly to temp but were on the wrong plates, chips slightly undercooked. Margs of the month were tasty but differed in strength (I’m only upset because I got the weaker one), and service was friendly but refills slow. Great tasting food.

Thought this place could be added to our family rotation. It's nostalgic and fun of is pretty good. Walked in tonight and the hostess talked to couple in front of us, walked off and we didn't see here for about 5-8 min. Ghosted. So we left and went to cheesecake factory down the road. Back when I waited tables the hosted would seat people and return to hostess stand. Sucks bc we probably won't go back as it's out of the way for us. Pretty sure Brinker's business model is done as they tried to focus onall crowds and now most malls are dead. At least focus on service.

I would say the waiter was amazing they are what keep the place together the vibe are immaculate
But the food isn’t as good as I feel bad for the waiters because they try their best and so should the cooks they waitresses are so sweet and understanding also my food was a little rare they have no concern about people health I could have possibly got sick 🤢 it make lose my appetite just be careful

Gunther was extremely helpful in a to-go order and the sweetest person! All of the staff at the to-go window went above and beyond and were so nice, cannot say enough nice things about the staff at the to-go area Saturday night 02/01!

We went out for a nice dinner with our friends and family. There was a waiting line, and we waited for 20 minutes. When it was our turn, we placed our order. I had a feeling that the staff taking our order didn’t fully understand it, so we repeated our order three times. After that, we waited for a full hour. First, my wife’s hamburger arrived. It was a bit cold, but we were so hungry that we didn’t mention it. Ten minutes later, my meal arrived. I had ordered lamb ribs, and the meat was completely cold, as was the corn.

The biggest issue was that my friend had ordered the same dish as I did, but his food never arrived. The staff had only entered one order for lamb ribs, even though I had repeated it three times. Later, we found out that they hadn’t prepared my friend’s order at all.

In total, we waited more than an hour and a half, and in the end, we left hungry. It was truly a terrible experience. Actually, it wasn’t even an experience, as we couldn’t eat anything.

I went there with a big expectation but I am disappointed. Even we waited an half hour for the get a table, my food came late, wrong and cold. And the waitresses were not so interested into us too. I dont know if I’ll go there again
