My experience was uncomfortable. I placed an order online, and when I went to pick it up, I said my name several times, and to my surprise, they didn't believe me. Then they asked for my phone number; I almost pulled out my ID.

It's just Chili's, so the food is what you expect, but the pickup process is a nightmare. Even if the text says it’s ready, it’s a coin toss on whether you’ll actually get it on time or there are any staff in the To-Go area, often having to wait long periods for anyone to acknowledge you. I had to stand there while a manager openly threatened to fire an employee in front of customers. Then he tried to tell me the delay was because they were 'adding one more thing,' yet they handed me the bag without touching it or adding anything to it, and stuff was still missing. Not worth the uphill battle for what is anywhere else a painless process.

Visited here on Veterans Day. Not a variety of Veteran entrees to choose from yet, tasty. Phoenix was an amazing server. Give him 3 raises. 👍🏽

Started off good, until after the appetizers , people were missing food, drinks were bland. but the two people in front of us in the picture never got their food and it had been an hour and 25 minutes. Now they’re getting their food to go. Just pay attention to detail if you come to this location. They did eventually make it right. Just saying

Our server Ethan was fantastic, it’s my sons favorite place and we celebrated my birthday together here, he made it the best possible day. Thank you! The manager was also fantastic

The way restaurant should be rated is the way you are welcome into it.
The way I made chilies today is a zero, waited 30 minutes to be seated at the bar area high top table, which we did not ask for. I looked around and there were plenty of empty low seat, tables and booths., if you can have one of the other tables since they are lower to the ground, his response was no these are the only tables we have right now which again when I looked around, there was a lot of empty tables. She proceeded to tell me that they did not have enough waste staff to cover all the end tables and my response to him was you do not have enough weight staff on a Saturday afternoon that’s unheard of but again this is chilies..
