I visited this Chipotle on November 26, 2025, because of a promotion that was announced by the company via email. The offer clearly stated that it would be available from 4:00 pm until the store closed. I arrived at 8:20 pm and, to my surprise, the staff told me that the promotion had ended at 8:00 pm. They also mentioned that there was no rice left and that they would not be making any more for the rest of the day.

This experience left me wondering whether it was misleading advertising or simply an issue with the store’s management. Either way, it was disappointing to receive information that contradicted what Chipotle had officially communicated.

I believe the store should review its internal communication and inventory management to avoid confusion and ensure customers can trust the promotions that are advertised.

Worst Chipolte I have ever been to. There was hair in my food. Employees were rude and service was slow. Restaurant was empty and my order took over 20 minutes only for it to be contaminated.

Quite a regular to Chipotle, but not to this particular outlet. It was around 9:30 p.m., and the veggies are finished & no sign of refilling. While filling up the bowl, brown rice also got finished. Even though they didn’t bother to ask if we like to have white rice or should we wait for rice refilling. Instead they gave a very small portion of brown rice & shifted for the other options. Simply disgusting.

The STAR is only for the food quality.

Pre-order is horribly slow with zero customers in the restaurant. It doesn’t even matter what our food tastes like. I could have just ordered since there was no line, instead I waited for my pre-order from the app for 15 minutes beyond the promised time and not until I asked the cashier to check for me in the back did she bring it out. What a waste of time!

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. At 11:45am, right before the lunch rush, they were already out of veggies — which is unacceptable for a place that advertises fresh options. On top of that, they didn’t even have paper for receipts, which made it impossible to get proof of purchase. Worst of all, I found a piece of plastic in my bowl.

When I reported it, the manager José Bartolo brushed it off and replied, “That’s what they sent me with the chicken.” He clearly did not care about customers or food safety, and showed zero professionalism.

This location is unprofessional, unsafe, and disappointing. I will not be coming back.

The BIG difference in this visit was: Sonya. Even though the place was empty when we arrived and she was the only one behind the counter, it quickly filled up. One had to witness how she was handling anything and everything! It was as if you are witnessing poetry in motion. I hope that she is acknowledged for this because employees like her are rarely found.
