Chipotle is definitely pricey but the freshness makes up for it typically. Not to mention with the bowl this is two meals if I split it like I should. The person that made my order was super nice and patient.

This is a 18 dollar burrito after one bite . That’s the actual size it was . Double meat 4 toppings. Ordered . This place is the worst order app orders. Most of the time they will skimp out both because they’re cheap( private franchise that has slowly being giving smaller portions over the years ) and the lazy teenagers who work there know ! This is a basically a robbery . This place is embarrassing , If you have to stop here just get have them make the food in front of you at least . You complain to the app and nothing gets done . The owners here know full well that why train better , if the ineptitude saves them money . Lazy people are never going to give more , cause that’ll be more work .

Just ordered here. Fourteen dollars for a burrito the size of my thumb. I ordered double chicken and paid for it, but there’s no way this had double chicken. Not even a spoonful of rice. Very disappointing. Won’t be coming back.

I tried this location and it was good, other times they forget certain items and the last time, the brisket was overly spicy couldn't even eat it.

Vegetarian options: I always loved chipotle veg bowl but this morning it was not good. I never write bad reviews but I thought if I don't write the review they might not correct themselves. I want to eat good chipotle food.
This morning the rice in the burrito and bowl were either undercooked or left over from last night. Very hard to chew.
The guacamole had hard big big pieces that came in the mouth and hard to chew.
I never had this experience before. The food in the bowl was not enough like it used to be. Please be careful and improve if you want good reviews or want customers to come back. Sorry for the bad reviews but couldn't help it.

Chipotle has gotten so bad. They are extremely stingy at this location, and the service is terrible. Go to Qdoba down the street. It’s so much better, and the service is way better too.

First and definitely the last time at this location. I have never had to return food at a Chipotle before. But as soon as I took a bite of my chicken taco and it was cold and tasted like vinegar I returned it right away. I could not eat something so bad and did not want to end up getting sick. So I returned their nasty food and got my money back. I question the food at this location and the inability of the manager and it employees with their lack of knowledge to provide customers with a credit card receipt when asked. Will not be going back.

I've been going to this location for over 20 years. Now, they are always understaffed, food is missing, and for the employees that are there, don't know the English words for the dozen items that are in front of them. I suggest finding an alternative restaurant before you spend over $30 for a lunch for 2 people.
